Excellent gym. I went there for one month this summer while visiting my mother in Eastbourne. Despite knowing that I would only be there for one month, they were extremely attentive to my needs. Very good timetable, opening even on bank holidays. The equipment may need to expand as the gym grows but it is more than enough for their current needs.

Just had an induction with Seth – very knowledgeable and a massive difference to the last gym I was at. Showed me a plan to help with my MMA goals and ran through each exercise. Looking forward to the classes.

At the tender age of 43 I've started going to the gym regularly.
I was welcomed like an old friend, and at no point did I feel out of place or that I didn't belong.
The range of equipment is colossal, and the staff have been very helpful in showing me how it all works, and given me tips on working out.
If you're looking for a new gym, this is the place for you. (The shakes are great too!)

The atmosphere and range of equipment at Boss Gym is brilliant. The leg machines, particularly the belted hip thrust, are my favourite. The team are super friendly and helpful and are always so welcoming.
