Class gym, has everything you need if you’re looking to bodybuild, fight or just generally get fitter.
All the staff were really welcoming and they had lots of other amenities like sunbed, massage and even a barber in there.

I've trained in many gyms around sussex but i honestly think that this gym is by far the best, its got a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly plus the amount of equipment for various exercises is great, it also has a fantastic free weight section and the lay out is brilliant a solid 10/10 for boss gym 👍

I've trained in many gyms around sussex but i honestly think this by far the best, it has a great atmosphere friendly staff and the amount equipment for various exercises is great with a fantastic free weight section and the lay out is brilliant i couldnt recommended highly enough 10/10

So I've been going to the gym frequently for about 2 years and over that time I've noticed the difference between this gym and a commercial gym.
Look, I'm not saying the more widely owned gyms are bad.. More like what is your goal?
This gym, for me is everything I could possibly want. So far I've been 3-4 days since they've opened and I've been approached by all members of staff for a introduction. I've had multiple members speak to me as a homely atmosphere.
The equipment may look a bit daunting but it provides such a pump I honestly cannot describe it. You'll need to try it!
They have a super educated team who will always provide insight into the machines and not only that they sell multiple variants of proteins and preworkout. The amount of guidance and goodies at your fingers is honestly baffling.
Since I've gone to this gym my perspective in lifting has changed. It's a real sense of community and everyone is incredibly welcoming.

First day back since the lockdown, was here at 6am, The staff were fantastic, got shown around as new to gym, everyone in gym friendly, everyone gets on with own thing, I did not feel out of place. Paid for a week pass wish I just signed up straight away.
Good vibes in the gym from the staff and users. Also the gym is fresh & clean.

Whilst passing though Eastbourne I decided to have a session at Boss Gym, it was an Excellent gym and I can highly recommend. I wish there were more gyms like this in South London.
Clean, very well equipped , good space, lots of weights , great light and music, nice atmosphere and people were cool as well . Will definitely come back here if I'm ever in the area . Great local independent gym . 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💧
