I would highly recommend Chatfields, my favourite shop in Eastbourne. Friendly, professional service. Beautiful displayed jewellery etc. I have recently had a ring made with their new bespoke service for my daughter's 21st birthday. The computer aided design service is marvellous and very realistic so you can see your design as it would look in real life. I have also bought other pieces from their extensive ranges. This shop is always my first choice for jewellery/watches etc.

I love the professional and knowledgeable staff at Chatfields, they are so friendly and not at all pushy. The range of products is fantastic and it is always a pleasure to have a look around. Alex and Jan are real experts with excellent taste and the right balance of sales and advisors. The thing I like about Chatfields Jewellers is that they are a family business and they pride themselves on personal service. One can go into the shop and spend £1000 or spend £20 and one gets the same service. The team are interested in their customers and always do their best to suggest new ideas and the right gift for the occasion. They also have a wonderful selection of jewellery in all price ranges. An enjoyable shopping experience .

Chatfields Jewellers is a fantastic jewellers in Eastbourne. They have the most beautiful range of necklaces and earings and I especially love the Kit Heath range. There is no where else I would go to purchase my jewellery!

I cannot recommend Chatfields Jewellers highly enough, my wife and I have been customers since they were based in Seaford. James, Alex and the team always offer a personal touch, and do take the time to listen, to find exactly what we have wanted regardless of our budget. It's great to see a family business offering this individual approach and not something you get from others.

I saw the shop was opening in town and went in looking for a new watch. Mr Chatfield was very helpful and I came away very pleased with my new purchase! He also helped with a repair to my Mother's ring which was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Thank you

Lovely shop with really impressive lines, so I've been able to buy gifts and presents for Christmas, Birthdays and a friend's wedding, and I've also purchased a nice gent's watch recently. The staff could not be more helpful and I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Chatfield's Jewellers in Eastbourne.

When my Grandad sadly passed away this year I was given my nan's engagement ring with all four diamonds missing and looking in a very sorry state - Chatfield's jewellers managed to bring it back to its former glory it looks amazing and even better it was ready on the day of my Grandad's funeral - Chatfield's jewellers provide a friendly, professional and efficient service and I would highly recommend them.

As a man with a wife and two daughters, a decent jewellery shop in Eastbourne is an absolute necessity. Chatfield's offer a full range of prices on a wide variety of necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and ready to listen. The 'wish list' will become a useful fixture for birthdays and Christmas. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

I found that there is a large range of high quality jewellery at prices to suit all pockets. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I bought my son's 18th birthday present from them and had it engraved whilst I went and finished my shopping. It was waiting for me when I returned and after my approval was then gift wrapped. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chatfields to friends and family.

I visited Chatfields to have my rings altered. Alex and her colleagues were really helpful, carefully advising me on the new size required. I had not considered how the temperature could affect the size of my fingers so as we were making the alterations just before Christmas, this advice was invaluable to ensure the rings did not become too tight during the summer months.
The rings were altered promptly and the text notification was really useful.
