Seen better days... Everything's a bit shabby but it is clean. 6 smallish screens. Queues can get stupid at peak times so book tickets online and use the ticket collection points (tickets, info, food and drink all served from just four points of service).

I'm spoilt by Sheffield branch, seats are not as comfy here. We sat at side at the back and the lighting was annoying, aim for the middle. However, the coffee was a lot nicer here!

Typical Cineworld multiscreen cinema. Can pre book tickets online or at kiosk. Confectionary is expensive but they do allow you to bring your own according to their website but haven't tried.

It's a cinema. Just that. Food, drinks and sweets overpriced.

Cinema overall was clean and we'll presented. The quality of the screen was very bright and in focus and sound system was perfectly tuned. The refreshment bar took forever though.

Your average Cineworld, a good selection of movies both 2 & 3D. The usual snacks available. Would be nice if they did a pay point for tickets only as you have to go to the food queues which means sometimes you have to wait for ages.

The one negative point about this cinema is if you are a wheelchair user you only have the choice of the back corner to sit in. Really not my favourite spot so not my first choice in cinemas.

Food, popcorn etc is expensive, you are better off buying from asda before going there.

This cinema is pretty good but sadly is let down the way it is run. Seats are fine sound and picture are good, not mind blowing but as good as any other cinema with 20 miles. Just a shame staff aren't trained better. Also they have lots of machines to by tickets at but no one helping the less technical minded. Queue times would be much less if they focused on these two areas. I wouldn't avoid it because of the above but I would always buy tickets in advance and not plan on buying any refreshments.

Being my first time at this Cineworld, I went in open-minded and curious as to how this compares to Brighton and Crawley. Here's what I found:
Positives:
- A Nice sized screen.
- Sound and lighting was great.
- Facilities were clean and functioning.
- An all round nice atmosphere in the foyer and the 'screen room'
- Customer service was pretty good.

Negatives:
- The outside of the cinema looks dreadful, the 'Cineworld' signs were broken, the walls were grimy and litter was plastered all over the floor. It was nowhere near as high maintenance as you would expect to see a 'Cineworld', especially after going to the one in Crawley.
-The seats were slightly uncomfortable, being foldable seats (possibly of a cheaper make than the Crawley ones) they tended to try and 'fold' and would loudly 'squeak' every time you moved. They were not unbearable however...
- Can be a little cramped: being a smaller cinema I found that the foyer became filled up pretty quickly which made it hard to move about, this is not really a huge complaint however as we found we were not waiting there for too long.

Some other things to mention. This is definitely the smallest Cineworld I've been too, not that that's a bad thing, in fact it proves a cinema does not have to be massive to deliver a decent experience. (its about 1/4 of the size of the Crawley cinema).

Quite a dated cinema and rather small compared to most but still a nice place to watch a movie!
