Nice big cinema, great experience, easy flow to watch your movies. Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't an extremely arrogant and rude lady where you show your tickets. Other than that all the staff are very friendly.

The cinema is looking a bit old and tired now because all investment is going on the new Cineworld that is being built in the town centre. Visual and audio quality is still good but the slope of the seats is too shallow so a tall person can easily block your view of the screen.

Booked tickets online and reserved seats. Handheld ticket scanner not working so had to queue to get my phone scanned. Was ok as not too many people queuing. Can imagine it could be frustrating otherwise. Seats are ok but I can never be really comfortable in them. Well organised and modern cinema. Easy free parking.

We came here to see The Limehouse Golem, having not visited here for a few years. We were very impressed by the cheeriness and friendliness of all of the staff that we encountered, as we haven't experienced such good customer service at some other cinemas. We were served quickly and found the toilets and cinema, in general, to be very clean and the seats very comfortable. We will not be leaving it so long this time until our next visit.

Saw Despicable M3 here today and found the cinema to be clean, quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of room and the temperature was just right. The drinks and snacks are quite pricey but it was easy to park and overall a very relaxed experience.

Sorry but the queues are horrendous. Created by the badly organised idea of buying drinks, popcorn, hot dogs, coffee, etc etc. all at the same kiosk where you have to buy tickets. Queued for half an hour.

Went to see the new 'Mummy' film
The screen was clean and was also very quiet with only about 20 people watching the film.
Sound and picture quality both very good.
Had little interaction with staff as booked online and collected tickets from a machine.

Easy to park Cineworld,only small though, 6 screen.but shows most main big blockbusters and nice and quiet during weekdays.local Asda nearby for cheaper sweets,drinks popcorn etc that Cineworld here don't mind you bringing in.(KFC bargain buckets might be the excemption to this rule)

I love that you can choose your seats when paying for your ticket/s and they are very comfortable.
The cinemas are well ventilated and warm, on cold winter days.
Sound is excellent too.
We love going here - especially after getting our "Meercat" offer where you can get cheap insurance for one day, I paid £2.82 for one days holiday insurance through compare the market - as recommended by the money saving expert, Martin Lewis and got a year of being able to get one cinema ticket for free when buying one, so buy one, get one free!

Plenty of parking and go on Tues/Wed to take advantage of 2for1 offer on tickets.
Always found clean seats and smiling staff. Worth the drive over if you live in a smaller place.

Had a spare Saturday afternoon, decided to visit the cinema at short notice. Nice sized complex, efficient staff, comfortable seats, good sized screen and good sound. Well run, clean and tidy local cinema comp l ex. We will be back soon

Love this cinema. Staff are friendly, generally always enough staff serving to avoid long queues. Seats are comfortable and sound quality good. Toilets could be more inviting but always clean. Will be a huge shame if this branch gets closed when the new one opens in the town centre.
