Turned up with the family to watch "Ice Age 5". All 4 of us getting in for less than a tenner, I wasn't expecting much.

Brilliant seats, excellent sound, polite staff and reasonable (expected) prices on concessions. Worth the drive from Ore Village.

Not on a par with cinemas in more urban areas but viewed against the other cinemas in the area, it is the best. I travel from Hastings to take my daughters there. The parking is free and safe. It is surrounded by places to eat. If you can afford £3+ for a packet of sweets that is £2 in the supermarket, then save yourself the walk across the car park to Asda. The film list is very mainstream or very arty. The seats are not uncomfortable. Booking online saves you a few pounds. If you buy your ticket or popcorn in person be prepared for a 10 minute quee.

A great cinema and always lovely servers inside. Lots of places to eat around and it's always nice to walk along the bay behind the cinema!

Small but nice cinema. Booked tickets at machine. Bit confusing however we got there. Snacks etc a little expensive. Seats comfortable. Screen huge. Totally packed. Toilets clean. Great day.

Always use this cinema but the prices for food are way to expensive and they now Search you to make sure you haven't been to near by Asda beforehand other than that comfy seats good cinema

Pre booking is easy online & you get a discount too.

The auditorium itself was clean and spacious, the seats are comfortable.

The food offering is plentiful but very expensive, top tip bring your own.

The staff were polite & friendly

Enjoyed the visit, still the prices in the shop are astronomical though. The only downside, other than the prices (for the film and the food) is the booking app. The seating diagram does not show aisles, making it very difficult to book seats accurately. I got our booking wrong and had it been busy, we would have been separated by an aisle. Other than that, nice and clean and queues moving quickly.

We went to watch Angry birds with my seven year old grandson. The cinema was clean on arrival and comfort of chairs ok, nothing special really. Staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. I must say I'm never impressed with the food and drinks available, it's expensive to the point of being a rip off, Cineworld profiteering from a captive audience and this does spoil the experience for me. The quality of the film presentation is very good, much as you'd expect from a modern cinema. The foyer has a very tired appearance. What I was impressed with though is the Cineworld web site where I found it really easy to book tickets and download them to my iPhone's passbook thereby negating the need for getting tickets at the cinema itself. A simple case of show your phone at the entrance where it is scanned and that's it, in you go !
An average all round performer as cinemas go, does what it says on the tin, but doesn't excel !

Visited today with my youngest and the guy who served us was brilliant and very patient whilst we chose lots of treats to take in we were even thanked on the way out. Lovely staff on duty today - highly recommend.

Booked online so just showed the e-mail confirmation and that was it.
Watched the film in Cinema 1 which is s little strange as there is a very shallow slope which means you have to hope that nobody tall sits in front of you as you won't be able to see. Also noticed that during quiet sections of the film you could hear people in the foyer.
Picture was fine as was the sound quality.

This cinema is actually quite run down but still perfectly functional, but as I am sure most people know that there is a new Cineworld cinema being constructed in the centre of Eastbourne, which we can only hope will have stepped seating like many other Cineworld Cinemas!

The cinema itself is in a good location. Always clean and tidy showing up to date films also do junior movies and autism showings.

I do not get a chance to go to the cinema very often but the times I have the one thing that stands out above all is the the way the staff greet you and nothing is ever to much trouble, and I would like to thank them for my tickets I was very lucky to have won before Christmas in the Best of Eastbourne draw and am looking forward to visiting in the next couple of weeks now I will get time off to go so thank David Bullivent Operations Manager of Cineworld Cinemas Eastbourne for My tickets I am not normally very lucky in draws but have been feeling very lucky since winning

The cinema itself is lovely and my boyfriend and I do some here quite a lot, however, every time we have been here, despite how little the queue may be, we are always having to wait unnecessary lengths of time due to the pace of the staff at the counter. All of the staff are very friendly however they do take too long to serve basic needs and we find ourselves frustrated and now have to leave an average of 20 minutes earlier then we normally would because we know there will be a hold up!

Nothing very special about this cinema.

Very dirty when looking at the outside, maybe there not doing anything about the aesthetics because it'll be moving to town eventually.

Also as they don't really have any competition they don't have to make much of an effort.

Other than that the staff are friendly, and they have all the snacks you could want 👍

Amazing when you have an unlimited card, otherwise it is expensive, great quality seating and lovely staff. Pricey tickets and food.

I like the ability to book online and then use your phone as a ticket, that's nice and convenient; however, I went to see the Force Awakens (2D) recently and was underwhelmed by the picture and sound quality.

Nice size, seats aren't great if you are tall but they aren't terrible. Decent enough cinema. If you are taking your own sweets make sure they are in your bag or pocket as they will stop you trying to take them.

Great place to see a film but always cold. I want to sit with my coat off not coat on especial when I'm paying for it. Staff always friendly. But don't eat pick and mix as I have even seen a manager pick sweets up off the floor and throw them back into the sweets.

Brilliant cinema - great seats and lovely staff.
However it can be quite messy - popcorn on the floor (everywhere) and rubbish.

The movies are great but the screen 2 is a bit small and the snacks are expensive.
