Love the theatre, love the refurb, had a great time mainly down to what we went to see. But the organisation, the amount of bar staff, the lack of options at the bar is nothing short of amateur. All the bars ended up running out of lager. Knowing that the arena was almost sold out, you'd think they could prepare alot better for these shows.

Love the new refurbishment. Great access for disabled users, good bars and a comfortable auditorium with great leg room. Saw the Carole King musical there last night. Fabulous.

Recently refurbished and not too pricey. Only bottled beer ,but they do stock local beer from the Longman brewery. It now boasts a cafe and bar area

We had such a great evening.Haven't laughed so much for ages.First visit to Congress since refurbishment and so impressed.Evening bus times back to Bexhill hideous so it's Mattines only ,pity.

Show Spirit of the dance was brilliant the performers worked so hard. Downside, there was a fire alert and all had to leave the building,the alarm did not sound in the auditorium and there was no announcement, bad management. We were told by member of the audience. Also the bar area had very few seats, had to sit on tables. Bit of a shambles after a long and expensive refit ð
