Our AEG fridge/freezer, just over 3 years old, was becoming very inefficient and running 24/7. DB's Rob diagnosed a restriction, caused by leakage of lubricant into the refrigerant. He advised that a repair would be unwise because some do fail again and he could not guarantee it. It was therefore a write-off and would need complete replacement. His patience in explaining the technical aspect was excellent. (DB did not supply it and there was no pressure to obtain a replacement from them.) A very helpful company and experienced engineer. Highly recommended.

I had queries about my proposed new washer dryer, and I was easily able to get hold of real people at DB Domestics on the phone and they were polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the product I had in mind. I was able to buy on line where there was a good choice, but could have gone in person to their store as it is local. Delivery was next day, for a £30 charge, and they detached and removed the old washer dryer free of charge. Extremely efficient. I am very pleased.

We had been researching on line what we thought we wanted. But actually seeing the product was really helpful. Plus Tom then offered negotiated an amazing price. The deal was sealed. Plus we have seen what the products do and what they look like not just pictures and don't have to have the ovens, hob dishwasher and fridge. freezer delivered until our new kitchen is
fitted. So we definitely recommend DB Domestic 110%
