What a great team from DB Electrics came out today to install my new oven. My wife and I visited DB Domestics on 27th December because our oven decided to break down on Christmas Day!
The guy who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Our new oven was delivered and fitted on the Tuesday by an extremely efficient 2 man delivery team. We were both very impressed by the whole experience.

Great service, washing machine broke down Christmas Eve, I ordered a new one same day and it was delivered and installed on New Year’s Eve, given it was holiday time I thought this was excellent service.
DB Domestics operate a very slick service this is the second time I have bought an appliance from them, one man comes in to disconnect whilst the other follows with new appliance, new machine connected up as the old one is wheeled away the whole thing takes less than 30mins, amazing.

Good range of products at competitive prices topped off with first class service. Delivery was within a few days, they called 30 minutes before arrival, removed old machine and installed the new one and took away the packaging. The delivery staff were very helpful.

A great selection and range of products as well as good delivery options. I am made up with my purchases but was told the Samsung washing machine came with a 5 year guarantee but when I called up the number provided it didn’t work then when I called about the dishwasher they said only a year. Also water was left in cupboard under sink so all my pods turned to goo which was a shame. Overall good and delivery and fitters were friendly.

Our first washing machine we had delivered was making a horrible noise when spinning . Contacted DB with videos of this. They sent someone out to look at it . It was decided we needed a new machine which was delivered the same day. Very good service . Highly recommend.

Arrived in allotted time, very helpful delivery men, they were very careful bringing in larder fridge as there wasn’t a lot of room to get it into kitchen.
The fridge was set to the correct temperature and I was told to leave it switched off for two hours, I did this and it’s been perfect since then. They also took my old fridge for recycling.
The staff in the shop also registered my guarantee the next day as I was having difficulty so a really good service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Purchased an oven over the phone on Monday, first available delivery and fitting option was Wednesday! A full 6 days sooner than either of the big national retailers. Overall price also cheaper as free delivery and disposal of my old appliance and only £50 fitting.
Delivery and fitting guys were friendly and polite and completed the job quickly, no fuss.
So glad I chose this local retailer and supported a local business. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

From start to finish DB have been brilliant. Helping staff in store, well priced product, delivered the next day and old one removed. The driver was very pleasant and helpful when delivery happened and communicated arrival times with a 30 minute window.

I found the perfect oven and was pleased to see they offered free fitting and removal of the old oven at no extra charge. I paid for the oven online and received an email to say it would be fitted two days later. So easy and no hassle or drama. I would definitely use DB domestics again. Brilliant service.
