The team at DB saved my bacon on Christmas eve. Washing machine packed up and I couldn't get the seal back on. I took it to their showroom and they fixed it straight away for no charge as a Christmas gesture of goodwill. Really appreciated that, friendly and helpful people. Thank you!

There was slight damage to the item that we only saw once it was unpackaged, and they are resolving that too. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Would 100% recommend (and already have!). Mum lives on her own now so a small unit was all that she required. I spoke with Mum, rang DB Domestics and spoke with Rob. I arranged to go and pick up Mum as she still wanted to see the appliance so we went into the store and following the obligatory hand sanitising on entering we met with James and he took us to view the Beko washing machine. After Mums typical period of indecision, the deal was struck and the payment made. This was on Saturday and delivery was arranged for Tuesday morning. The guys arrived, disconnected and removed the old dead washing machine and took it away for recycling. They installed the new machine and gave Mum a quick demonstration of the controls and then left her ready to head onto their next delivery!

Foolishly we hadn’t thought about how to get it in as it was very tall, and where our front door is it couldn’t be manoeuvred.
They had to put it back on their van.Later we managed to clear away through the lean to and they brought it back later the same day and then with some difficulty - they managed to get it into our kitchen.
Always makes a difference if the people you are dealing with are experts in their field .

Great service from DB Domestics. Rob gave me really helpful advice about washing machines on the phone, and the one I chose was available and delivered exactly when I wanted it. Kev and Alfie who delivered it were very courteous and efficient. I'd definitely use DB Domestics again.
