I found this a hard one to score because the choice, cost and general service was excellent. When I had a problem with delivery and made contact, I was able to talk to someone quickly and I cannot fault there response. But…
SGK Distribution Ltd. are the worst couriers I gave come across. Zero interest into customer service giving no options on delivery dates or times, ignoring proposed times and unable to provide or confirm a delivery day any more than 24 hours in advance which made taking time out of work impossible. Having tried three times, and after the sales manager at DB Domestics also failed after speaking to them I had no option but to cancel my order and go elsewhere. :-(
In summary therefore, if you can collect from the store or have no problem being at home with 24 hours notice then I recommend DB Domestics. Otherwise think very carefully about your ability to be hime when you are told with 24 hours notice before placing an order.

Contacted DB by email on a sunday evening, call back back first thing, appointment booked for following morning, engineer arrived promptly, resolved issue, communicated throughout and left the place clean and tidy, machine fixed and checked before leaving. Top service!

We took our Dyson V11 into D B Domestic Appliances in Eastbourne as the trigger was not functioning properly. We were greeted promptly and as soon as we explained the issue we were advised what was required to make the repair along with the cost and timescales for the job.
When we explained we were not local, we were very pleased to learn that if we could leave it for a couple of hours they would do it there and then. We were contacted as soon as it was ready (under 2 hours later) so we were very happy with the level and quality of service along with a fair price.

Prompt initial response by an engineer, who offered good advice. Helpful and pleasant showroom staff, followed by early delivery of replacement fridge/freezer. Quick installation of new and total removal of old made everything, other than the pain of paying, as easy and pleasant as possible.

I would 100% recommend and vouch for this company from the helpful and efficient service on the shop floor when I was choosing my washing machine to the installation just a few days later. A couple of very cheerful and very competent engineers came to fit the machine and take the old one away. No fuss, no mess and quickly fitted. Very cheerful young man Charley and his accompanying engineer. Lovely that such great service can still be found today. Thank you DB Domestics.

Friendly receptionist who helped me over the phone. I chose an appliance and the appointment was made. Within three hours of the call my old appliance was removed and the new fitted! A fantastic personal service that was second to none. I strongly recommend this wonderful family firm.
