We dealt with Tom and Rob and Kev installed it: found all to be helpful, friendly and professional. Will definitely use again :)

Whilst installing the new machine, one of the delivery men flagged up a problem he'd identified with some of the pipe work under the sink, which we might not have noticed until kitchen was flooded. Brilliant job guys.

The initial visit and the subsequent discussion apropos of model were conducted most civilly and the installation of the new oven was carried out with little problem or disturbance to my home . I was impressed that the engineers all wiped their feet when entering the house . I shall certainly recommend to any future request . Support your local businesses !

After deciding that old appliance was not economical to repair, decided on a Blomberg Washer-Dryer with assistance of sales staff. Knowledgeable about products, showing appliances suitable for needs and budget. The salesman was courteous, polite and saw the sale through from advice to purchase. Delivery for product is free, as is the connection and disposal of old machine. The delivery men also, were prompt, courteous and assisted in 'walk-through' of features of new washer-dryer. It was tested and packaging was removed.

Bought a washer/dryer combined. Got good advice, matched any online quote i had, even better, really reasonable installation charge and was done and dusted within the week. Really cant fault them, good service and good price, no hard sell or dodgy recommendations.

They were very quick and careful not to bump or scratch anything too. Very happy with my fridge freezer and washing machine and I would happily reccomend DB Domestic to anyone.

Joe managed to find me a cooker, the right size, arranged a contact for an electrician to move plugs re the new gas regulations and got me the delivery in just a few days. Brilliant and excellent customer service. D B Domestics have also supplied me with two washing machines, a dishwasher and a tumble dryer over the last twenty years.

If we have visited the showroom, the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. In recent years we have found it very easy to order items via the D B Domestics website, which enables you to choose the model that you want and compare different manufacturers. All the details are supplied, so you can measure to make sure that an appliance fits the space before ordering. It is a very simple process to order online and is followed up with a phone call to arrange a delivery time. We ordered the dishwasher on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered five days later. As always, the delivery men were friendly and fitted the dishwasher very quickly, explained the basics of how to operate it, and left it running on an intense programme to clean and sterilize it before use. If there had been an old dishwasher here, they would have taken it away for us. So, all in all, we have always been completely satisfied with the service from D B Domestics and have the feeling that if a problem did ever occur, they would sort it for us. Would certainly recommend.

We went to DB Domestics who guided us to a very good Zanussi Cooker with dual gas on both ovens and electric grill. Our previous experience with Zanussi products has been good so we bought item on recommendation of staff and all was fitted and installed efficiently.
The advantage with DB is the price quoted covered product, delivery, fitting and disposal of item whereas other Companies charge extra for a lot of these extras.
