I ordered an integral washing mahine to be fitted. The fitter arrived punctually and with his assistant took out the broken machine and fitted the new model. We were very happy with the expertise of the fitter and he also managed to solve a long standing problem with a neighbouring dishwasher which when used caused the kickboard to drop. So more than satisfied. We will use DB Domestics again if any other appliances break as we have in the past.

DB domestics have always provided us with good service when we have purchased goods from them.
Recently they provided great service with a repair of our fridge freezer. The Samsung recommended repair guy was no help but once we called in DB domestics the leak has been resolved. Thank you Rob for your help!

Firstly, it was a very quick response (got a slot within 2 days) which was really helpful. The chap turned up on time, was clearly knowledgeable and just got on with the job in hand. Have used them in the past, for purchasing appliances as well as servicing/repairing them..

I am not very experienced with maintenance repairs, however DB domestics made it very easy right from the start, I submitted a job request and I was contacted within 30 minutes to explain briefly what repair I needed carrying out, the agent was very professional and knowledgable and explained in great detail the process, I was told an engineer would be with me between 13:00-17:00 and sure enough they were, the engineer was very professional and helpful, thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation much easier, I will definitely be using you again in the future!!

I have used D & B Domestic for washing machine repairs and always to service my Dyson Vacumn Cleaner. In all areas they are excellent. I cannot fault them. Its a pleasure to be greeted my warm friendly staff and two waggy tails!!! I can assure anybody who uses this company that they will get prompt reliable service and very quick ringbacks to confirm what is needed to service appliance. I would not normally review excellent for all areas but this company go above and beyond. Well done D & B team!!!

The roller on my hoover stopped rolling mid cleaning! There was a metallic sound as though something had got into the roller and clogged it up. Rang DB Domestics and advised to take it down. After a couple of hours I had a call saying it was ready to collect. A new roller was fitted as the original was well and truly jammed. Superb service and very friendly
