I'm home after a fantastic 2 weeks at La Blanche Island Bodrum. Having trusted Debbie on all my holidays now for many years it really hit home just how prepared I am for them compared to other travellers booking their own way. On coming into land in Turkey the pilot said something about travel visas and so many passengers were unsure if they needed one or not whereas Debbie had already told me I did not need one. I knew about needing my face mask etc so no surprise there.
On arrival, the hotel made me feel very welcome and on my first evening, the views simply took my breath away. When booking this time around my instructions to Debbie was to focus on the relaxation. I had not rested through Covid-19 and lots of personal challenges and really just wanted to unplug from the world for a while.
La Blanche Island Bodrum did just that, from amazing views to friendly staff and enough space for me to find tranquillity when I wanted it. Debbie continues to amaze me with her finds and I can't wait to see her short list of recommendations for me for 2023!

Debbie has organised our holidays for a few years now and always gets a great deal. She also is a lovely, genuine person with a gorgeous smile and friendly personality (through thick and thin). Customer service is numero uno and she definitely gets that spot on!

2020 and 2021 have seen my plans for a holiday disrupted and cancelled numerous times. Without the amazing support from Debbie Designer Travel I think I would have lost my marbles!
Debbie Hammond has monitored the situation and kept me updated on changes. Nothing has been to much trouble for her.
I can think of nothing worse than trying to juggle all the changing advice from around the globe but Debbie does the hard bit so all I have to focus on is relaxing when I finally get there.

Debbie has been brilliant in helping me rebook my holiday not once but 3 times now, Covid-19 has caused me to cancel and rebook but rather than stressing over it I have just left it with Debbie with my future availability to travel and she has sorted everything out for me.

A BIG thank you to Debbie, you letting me know Designer Travel offers holiday insurance was another burden you took of my mind. My normal provider has withdrawn cover at present and I was not sure where to turn but Debbie mentioned the policy available via her that included Covid protection. I have already put off my holiday once this year and in desperate need of a recharge.

I have just booked my staycation with Debbie, she sorted this years staycation out, of which we have had, and had exactly what we asked for, now have booked my next July 2021 with her, I have found her to be reasonable in price, goes above and beyond to get what we want, explains what happens all the way through, thank you Debbie, talk to you soon

We have booked all our holidays with Debbie Designer Travel since she organised a family group wedding event in Greece 4 years. Booking with Debbie is a personal pleasure and she tailors the holiday to meet your needs and no matter how many options of different locations, hotel, changing of mind, or quotes you request Debbie will always oblige and will always seek to get the best offer available. Two years ago, we had an unfortunate situation where we missed a flight. Thank goodness for Debbie Designer Travel who immediately took control of the situation and made all the various phone calls needed to ensure our holiday was honoured, hotel transfers from the airport were changed and the hotel expected our arrival the following day without forfeiting our booking, losing our room in the hotel or holiday. Had we not had the personal and independent service of Debbie Designer Travel to hand the outcome would have been very different. Debbie immediately answered the phone and without any hesitation reassured us that all would get sorted. Debbie kept in touch throughout this upsetting and stressful situation. For this reason and personal experience, we will always book with Debbie Designer Travel. Debbie is always polite, helpful and has a good sense of humour and always takes a personal interest in your booking and outcome of your holiday. Debbie is a fabulous travel agent and is uber organised. She is very quick to come back to you on your mulitple requests. She is patient, courteousx warm and has a great sense of humour. She really does go the extra mile, as we got stranded at EMA for 6 hours. She kept us up to date with our delayed flight and also made certain our car hire Co and villa were made aware of our huge delay. And this was all on her personal time at the weekend. It reassured my family and we were really grateful. So she is our family holiday planner by choice now. She truly deserves huge recognition in her field. Thank you. Kay

Used Debbie and this company for the very first time due to the collapse of Thomas cook where our friend worked who had booked it all for us and previously used to use a guy at best at travel who since moved on so was recommended Debbie and what a star she was, have just returned from our trip in Mexico and can honestly say she got our trip down to a tee, party of twelve seven adults and five children, me and hubby very fussy as like the best airline/seats/accommodations etc but didn’t want the same for all our children and grandchildren as we all needed space as was there for two weeks, Debbie sent several itineraries with various hotels and options and we eventually picked the one we thought best which turned out to be fantastic, would highly recommend her services and patience throughout the whole process bearing in mind it was stressful enough trying to deal with the collapse and lack of funds being returned by the CAA... we will definitely be using Debbie in the future as no job was too big or small and updates were in an abundance to the point whereby she had done all the homecoming bookings too which I wasn’t expecting, all in all a very good agent with the knowledge in the industry shining through, to cater for our age group 2-55 years she really did recommend the right places....

After booking my holidays on the internet I came across Debbie’s site. I wanted to arrange a special break for the upcoming 40th birthday of my son and couldn't leave it to my inexperience. I decided to call. Her expertise, knowledge and friendliness helped me immensely .Thankfully her company is covered by all the necessary travel organisations. After I lost my husband I was in desperate need to get away for Christmas but everywhere was fully booked.
