Lovely intimate theatre with good sizes seats and aisles. Saw RTTFP and it was brilliant, the box office and front of house staff were fantastic, especially the lady (sorry didn't get her name) who was on the sweet stall in the entrance the night that there was a stand in Gloria, she was very friendly and chatty and easy to talk to.

A small traditional theatre with a good acoustic and good sight lines. The Upper Circle had its own bar, with, on the night we attended, a single member of staff working at an amazingly fast rate.

You go to the theater for the show and what we saw was excellent. However the theater is also interesting; old but well-preserved, not too big or small.

Lovely theatre, excellent staff. There was a problem with a member of cast being delayed by a traffic jam following an accident at Dartford crossing. We were kept well informed and compensated. A last minute understudy was found. The show went on and was thoroughly enjoyed.
