Running multiple social media accounts is very time consuming even more so when I know what I want to say I just don’t have the time to share this in a time fashion or take the time to schedule them. I made the decision to have Ditzy Media take over the management of a few of my social media feeds and have been so pleased I did. They respond quickly to my requests and now with Joe as my point of contact I am pleased to see the service levels have not dropped! Joe has been very thorough with getting to know my objectives and is ensuring that my accounts are well maintained and informative. Thanks Mina and Joe between you Ditzy Media saves me a lot of time!

Mina O'brien is a miracle worker! She has managed to help unravell the mysteries of Twitter for me! I was so anti Tiwtter beforehand but am much clearer and more confident now! I had a great session with Mina recently - she really knows her stuff particularly relating to social media for business. As a start-up this is vital info and the discipline of consistency with social media was emphasised. Lots of in-depth issues discussed, analysing engagement to establish where the sweet spots are and discussions about how SM changes regularly, new features added on Facebook for e.g.. Highly recommended.

The training course which covered Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, learning how to take advantage of them for building up a business, was fantastic. I was impressed. I attended a Best Of Eastbourne Marketing workshop this morning where Mina was talking about Copyright and staying legal online. I found out a lot of information that can help my business and bits that i wasn't 100% certain on. I've just attended the Bestof Eastbourne marketing workshop, where Mina was talking about copyright and legal online. She really is a font of knowledge and explains everything in plain English which is great for me. We had a lively fun and educational session. She has a knack of getting to know her client so well it seems the content was written by them when clearly it isn't as why would they need Mina in the first place.
