Yeah good for a day out especially if you make full use of the play bits after seeing the animals. A bit of a shame about the state/numbers of parakeets in the walk through enclosure these days, used to be a big part of the reason for going but in a bit of a sorry state now. Can be expensive if you don't have a voucher/get a group discount.

This was a brilliant day out. Well laid out, lots to see and do. Very informative as well as being fun and interactive. The kids loved it. Food was great and plenty of choice. Brilliant play areas. I just wish we lived closer so that we could go more often.

I have been coming here for a while, and it has changed lots! Loads of great new rides and although it is ideal for young children, I still enjoyed it! The shops are great and the animals are all happy and well cared for. At most zoos the cages are too small, but at Drusilla's there was not one animal that looked sad or had a cage that was too small. I recommend it.

Very child friendly with lots of small cuddly type animals as well as lots of activity options available. However do not expect the big wild animals you need to go elsewhere for those. Food choices are also limited and although reasonable for the type of venue could prove costly for a large group, a picnic in the picnic area may be a better choice :-)

Great for kids! Loads of animals to see and two big playpark areas. A water play area for hot days and loads of slides, swings, zip lines etc. Softplay for the babies and a train ride around the park.

Worth trying to go on a weekday to avoid the crowds. Plenty of places to eat packed lunches or on-site food is available too.

Went here on a rainy Bank Holiday Monday in early May 2017. Despite the torrential downpours we still had a brilliant time with the two children, aged 5 and 3. The rides were just right and fun enough for the kids to enjoy without them being too overwhelmed. The sun came out after lunch and it made the animals come out of their habitats. The train ride around the animal park was fun and just about long enough to keep the kids entertained without saying they were bored. Lovely park, clean and varied facilities, children's play areas were fantastic and the food at the cafe was reasonably priced and tasted pretty good. We will definitely be returning in the summer and I would highly recommend a visit.

Kids just love this place. It has never failed to entertain the families that I taken there. The playground is an unqualified hit with kids. Even when the weather hasn't been great. There is an indoor play space and they are growing their attractions. Well worth a visit.
