Was taken on a surprise birthday trip with friends with an animal encounter with the two Anteaters.

Thoroughly enjoyed my day out, the animals were obviously well cared for and you could see active effort taken in improving enclosures which was lovely to see. There are parts of the park which seems dated but ultimately you get to laugh at and enjoy anyway (the singing chickens and Dracula was a highlight)

Parts of the park seem quite cramped but weren't day ruining at all but something to consider if you enjoy larger spaces to walk around.

The animal encounter was fantastic, the keeper was informative and I got to see behind the scenes and have a generally nice chat with a professional and safely feed and interact with the animals in a way that they obviously enjoyed.

All staff (keepers, admin and hospitality) were helpful, informative and friendly.

Down a star because a small handful of enclosures were not necessarily ideal space wise or design wise and at times the park is very loud with animatronics and other stuff. However, it is clear that enclosures are being updated in areas. The capybara enclosure was beautiful to see.

Great day out gorgeous younger children. The animals although not particularly spectacular, are great to look at and all seemed pretty happy. My favourite was the sloth who lives with the bat's. The rides were free and plentiful. Picnic areas are provided and there are food outlets on site. All I'm all a lovely day out

We went here for the first time yesterday and even though it was the summer holidays it wasn’t busy at all! Our son was entitled to the ride access pass and this was given to us at the entrance. We didn’t ask for this and was given it automatically, we were so grateful as he really struggles with queuing due to a medical condition. Although, we didn’t use it once as there were hardly any queues anyway. The zoo is lovely and really well kept. Everywhere is clean and tidy and the staff were polite and helpful. We were very impressed with Drusillas and will definitely be returning.

Awesome day out for the kids and the adults! The animals were all out. They're all well looked after and theres so many different types of monkeys. The rides were all available for the kids which was great. No qué times either. The bacon burger was spot on. Weather was decent. Splash park and children's adventure park was great. So much for the kids to enjoy! Would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids! Loved it

Amazing Zoo! I went with my Fiancé and we both loved it! It is mainly for children, as the zoo is catered towards kids, but it is definitely a great date idea. It is quite expensive to go though. Tickets should be lower

We get a yearly membership every year and absolutely love it! The staff are very friendly. It’s clean and tidy. The animals seem very content and the restaurant does Lovely food. It would be nice if the restaurant sold food from The Cafe area as we don’t always want a sit down meal so a hot dog would be great.

Nice zoo, great animals and attractions. I went on a weekday and found that 2 of the 3 cafes were closed, the cafe that was open was okay, apart from thr fact there was 2 wild mice running around in the restaurant area and the staff didn't do anything even when notified so I quickly left.

We had a lovely family day out here. Went round the zoo twice and each time saw different animals. The playground, soft play and rides were a big hit and we ended up staying for 6 hours.
