Great day out here, as ever with these places quite expensive entry wise but if you make the effort to explore everything can be worth it. Love the aardvarks.

Amazing place for young families. Lots and lots of weird and wonderful animals (monkeys, camels, birds, all sorts), a hands-on farm bit where you can stroke donkeys, goats and others, a massive indoor soft play, huge outdoor play area, a wet splash area, some rides for young kids (like gentle fairground rides), plenty of places for food... And the yearly pass is amazingly good value- we go fairly regularly with our 2 and there's always loads to do. Love it.

When my daughter asked to visit for her 8th birthday party I reluctantly agreed to take her and 4 friends.
I previously had an annual membership to Drusilla's and to be honest I was bored with the place, that said, I haven't been in several years.
First off Drusilla's isn't cheap, we booked for 6 people online at £17.99 per head and then in addition paid a further £7.90 per head for the "Penguin Party" this meant my daughter got to feed the Penguins whilst her friends watched, a cold buffet was included, party bags and unlimited ice cream.
Emma, who conducted the Penguin feeding was excellent, which made up slightly for the poor service at the turnstiles and customer service desk as we tried to gain access to the park.
To be honest we hardly scratched the surface in our 4 hours there, my party saw the monkeys, sloths and hyraxs added since I last visited, we took the train ride and then Kitty World kept our kids amused till lunchtime.
Sarah hosted our lunch and was very good, although her colleague who accompanied her in bringing out the cake looked like he would rather have had nails stuck in his eyeballs than sing happy birthday to an 8 year old.
The food was surprisingly better than I expected...chicken nuggets were tasty and the sausage rolls were good, pizza was poor, a good choice of sandwiches but how about a healthier type of bread? We were pushed for time so the unlimited ice cream turned out to be a bowl each...Drusilla's...bite the bullet...if you are going to offer unlimited ice cream then invest in an ice cream station.
Overall, the kids said it was the best birthday party they had ever been to...job done.

This is a lovely animal park with lots of different animals to see. Very good value for money , me and my fiancé went for the day on our way home from Brighton , it’s only 30 minutes away and very easy to find. Loads for kids to do as well, including a large kids park, splash zone and rides. There’s loads of gift shops and places to eat around the park. I was so excited to see the raccoons, they were in their hut and we could just see them but they were adorable. Also there’s sloths and fruit bats that you can walk in their enclosure. There are different monkeys and animals to see. It’s the largest variety of animals I’ve seen. Would definitely visit again.

A v nice place to visit but way to over priced a variety of different animals but no big animals such as big cats they have two servals but that's all on the sort of animals you would expect to see at a zoo marwell have rhinos tigers leopards hippos giraffe and cheetahs just to list a few and there prices are cheaper than drusillas by a fair bit so I would go there

We visited yesterday and had to be evacuated, due to a large wildfire in fields close by. The way that the evacuation was handled was exemplary, staff were calm, organised and clear in direction. There was no panic and we were thoroughly impressed with all staff.

The zoo is a great day out and i wouldn't hesitate to return

Brought 8 year old boys for the first time, they loved it. Play area the best. Food pricey and really bad. Hot food was cold and hard. Bring your own picnic.

many small animals, birds and insects to see as well as penguins, monkeys and Lemurs, anteaters, capybaras etc. Very well set out and informative so actually although we had no young children with us, just our adult son and partner we did enjoy the visit.
Although we booked online saving £2 per person, we still had to join a long queue to get in so be prepared. We got there soon after opening and everybody else had the same idea so it might be better to go a bit later when all the families with buggies are picnicking in the play area.
This play area looked amazing with a really good water splash area so bring costumes if hot to enjoy this.
