Great Place for Everyone, especially young children. Expensive to get in but worth the money due to the amount of facillities available. Extremely clean despite being peak season. Friendly staff and I don't know how you manage it but Practically Wasp free!!!! Well Done Drucillas I will be back soon!!!

Small but perfectly formed. A great little zoo coupled with the kind of adventure play areas (indoors and out) your kids dream about. Food isn't a ripoff like many theme parks and the annual membership for unlimited entry is very reasonable.

Animals seem happy enough to be there, and it's fantastic that they have mixed enclosures! Staff are very friendly and prices are quite reasonable.

on entering the park it seemed very busy but with the way it is all laid out and directed meant that there wasn't any hustle and bustle. the park is well kept and animals all look very well looked after. after working our way through the zoo part of the park we found ourselves at the park which is brilliant and caters for all ages. 'get wet' was hugely appreciated as it was the hottest day of the year and the kids (and adults) appreciated the cooling off. once dried off, fed and watered Thomas the Tank Engine and Hello Kitty land were enjoyed and we found the Explorers Lagoon so we again got changed for a dip in the shallow pool to cool off for the drive home. a great day enjoyed by all.

Expensive, but good value for money. Well organised and layed out. Take a picnic and it keeps your costs down.

Really great place to take the kids. You pay one entry fee and can take the kids on anything, as many times as you like. We did the Thomas ride and the Hello Kitty rides at least twice. It's also great that they have so many animals, plus a water play area. Something for everyone.

Best zoo/theme park we"ve visited and we"ve pretty much done them all. Very well thought out. Great zoo. It"s clean, relaxing and super safe for the little ones. What a great day out for all the family. Best suited for younger children (under 10s or so) but has something for everyone. Food is reasonably priced and the toilets are lovely and clean. A fab place. Our two girls really loved it and it was far cheaper than Thorpe Park and Chessington.

Absolutely fantastic for small children, loads for them to do there. Lots of playground options, get up close with the animals, nice paddling pool and mini splash park for when the weather is sunny enough. Lots of activities for the kids. My 7 and 4 year olds loved it.

A fun day out, with quite a lot to do and recent investment really showed.

Quite pricey but you can use clubcard vouchers which were £6 a person at the time of writing. Good food selection and we found the fast food we bought to be really good quality. We spent five hours there in the end, doing the zoo, food and the outdoor play. There is a lot in the zoo with lots of staff around and various activities including feeding birds, watching animals being fed and little observation areas for the kids in some areas. Also a zoo Olympics with activities along the way. All good fun.

Minor points were that indoor play area seating could do with expanding and more guidance needed on front gate as most people queued for one turnstile so we felt guilty legitimately walking to the other open one that people obviously thought was for members only (that one was on the other side of it).

Worth getting there early as we do, as previous experience with overflow parking was a very muddy car!

A fun family day out with plenty to keep the kids entertained even once you've seen all the animals the park has to offer. My one criticism is that entry is very expensive but if you've got tesco clubcard points it's much better value.

Really good Zoo with an excellent play area for the kids. They also loved Hello Kitty Land. The staff were also excellent, especially when we needed first aid assistance for one of the kids. They had someone to us in under 5mins, who was great and sorted out our daughter after a fall.

Really good place for small kids. A mixture of a zoo, small theme park and adventure playground. Food options are decent and reasonably priced. It irks that you have to pay for certain activities inside the park as the entrance fee is quite steep. Hence the deduction of one star.

Brilliant park with lots of animals, the best were the penguins and meerkats. A really big playground, water park and a splash pool. We spent a whole day there, well worth every penny of the entry fee!
