We visited as they opened after the covid 19 and all was excellent, hand sanitizer in place and lots of helpful staff on hand for questions

Always lovely and clean and they were extremely aware of everyone's welfare with the coronavirus pandemic. Wonderful day out for all.

Really good little park/zoo. No real big animals, all smaller ones, but a really good variety. More aimed at the younger audience with a play area and few rides as well. Would go again

First time going here and first time for my boy, he loved all the animals and different sceneries. Shame that the play areas were closed but understandable due to the virus. Food wasn't bad from the little cafe they have and it wasn't too expensive compared to other zoos and theme park type places we have been to. Will definitely go here again and again throughout the years as my son gets older and can appreciate it more

Always a good day out. the animals are clearly the top priority there and all very well looked after. We went on the first day of opening following lockdown due to covid-19 . The park attendants and management have obviously put in alot of work to be able to reopen in such difficult times well done to all the staff there

Absolutely brilliant!!!
Can't see how people writing reviews saying it's expensive.. for the variety of animals it's 100%justified in my opinion and then its the sheer amount to actually do for kids!!
Yeah the shops are a bit pricey but that's the same everywhere.
It's a complete day out and at less than £20pp
If it were closer to us we'd be regulars!!!

2 adults and a 2.5yo

A great family day out. Really enjoyed seeing the variety of animals, which my daughters like doing. The play area gives a break from all the walking around and the refreshments were reasonably priced for this type of place. It can get quite busy during the day, but crowds seemed to thin out later in the afternoon.

Amazing place love it for the kids only thing is we have gone on a weekday and everywhere is shut I asked the lady why and she said it's only open fully on the weekend or school holidays so don't reccomend going during a normal week day as only 1 food shop was open the mummy maze was closed the train was only open to school trips it really is dead on week days
