This is a really great family day out, just very expensive! We won free tickets, otherwise for a family of 4 for one day out, out is out of our price range, as I imagine it is for many.
That said, we had a wonderful time. It was August and probably the busiest it gets, and still there was plenty of space to see the animals. Some areas were very crowded, but we didn't queue that long for anything. All the staff we interacted with were really friendly and helpful, even though they must have been so hot! Our 4 year old seemed to enjoy it more than our 6 year old.
Almost everything is included in the ticket price, including all the rides, so it was great that we could say lots of yeses!

I went to Drusilla's as a child and returned as an adult, the nostalgia from this place is tremendous! Plenty of animals and lots to do, great place for kids whilst still being enjoyable for adults!

Went this last wekend, August 22, and what a great place. Read a few reviews, mostly centred about prices, all i can say is that the entrance fee is there for all to see, except for a couple of rides and the food, its all for FREE, and well worth it.
2 Adults, (1 wheelchair bound) and 2 children, 8 and 10, entered at opening time, No queing, and we had to drag the kids out at 6pm.
Wheelchair access was excelent.
We did take a packed lunch, but did purchase a couple of iced lollies a slush and a couple of coffies from a well know brand, all reasonably priced.
There was only a couple of attractions that attracted a small additional fee, reasonably priced and they put a smile on the kids faces.
Water, (Splash ) section was a welcome rest for the oldies while the kids got soaked, again, all foc.
If you can see beyond the entrance fee, and take your own food, you wont be disapointed, we were very happy with the layout, staff, (all young but polite), and value for money.
we travveled an hour and a half to visit, and will return next year without fail.
THANK You all again for a great day out for us all.

Brilliant place to visit. Lots of things to do and see. You can see the animals are very well care for. Very informative about the animals too, a great learning experience. Took my teenage daughter who was a bit apprehensive (being older) but she loved it and wants to go again! She loved learning about all the animals. Stacks of things to do for younger children. Restaurants where very good too.

We had such a brilliant day. There is so much to do and see. Staff were so friendly. Great for young families. Rides were perfect for my 5 year old. Soft play for my 1 year old plus loads of outdoor fun to be had. The splash area was great for a cool down. Lots of different animals to see. Great day out

Amazing place, not a massive zoo but lots of variety. Enclosures feel big enough and the animals all well cared for. We did the giant anteater experience and it was brilliant. Scott, the keeper who was in charge of the experience spent longer than he probably should have done with us answering all our questions, doing the feeding, etc. We felt special not just rushed though and 'thanks for the cash' as similar experiences have felt elsewhere. We would definitely visit again!

What an amazing place for families. Lots to see and do for all ages. We had a one year old who seemed to really enjoy himself. Animals very well looked after. The whole park was so clean and tidy. We went in half term and because the park is a very good size and well laid out, it didn’t seem too packed at all. Well worth the money. Will be visiting again soon and we are over 3 and a half hours drive away.

Took my son here for his 5th birthday. Honestly we had a great time. Enjoyed by the whole family and friends.

The selected few attractions that cost extra was a bit of a bummer. Perhaps if entry was a solid £20 I'd consider paying for the extras.

Can't see myself getting a membership but I'll visit again no doubt in a couple years.

My daughter enjoyed the day however a male member of staff on the up and down ride, was not that polite to her… , but still good and food was nice but expensive but tasted good. The slide was £5 a go which was ridiculous !
