Totally fantastic family day out. So clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff really helpful. All the animals were happy clean and lovkng the attention. The rides were perfect for the little ones. Id highly recommend a visit here if you have a family. The kids play area was great with a water play area too. So take a towel and a swimsuit for the kids.

One of the best places to be with your family, very good for absolutely all ages. There is a huge parking on site, there are clean toilets, there is a varied zoo to visit, a big playing area with all kind of fun stuff and also there is like a fast-food restaurant, you can eat outsite or indoors, and I think there couple of other two places selling something to eat/ drink. For the smokers, good news and bad news. Bad news is that you cannot smoke when you would like to, good news is that you can smoke in the designated areas within the zoo/ play area. And there is a shop with souvenirs.

Loads to do for the whole family was a little bit narked off that after paying the considerable entrance fee there were still rides inside that they charged for. An absolute joke considering the price of food and drink and entrance fee. Completely unnecessary. That said it is a brilliant day out and the kids loved it. If its hot don't forget the kids swimmers so they can play in the splash park. And take a picnic and plenty to drink. You'll only need to fork out for an ice cream then. And you can leave the picnic stuff in one of the lockers near the adventure play ground so your not lugging round with you all day.

Great place to spend the whole day! We spent the day there with our two girls aged 3&6, the morning walking round the animals and the afternoon at the splash park and play area. Great family day out, travelled home with two very sleepy children.

Great park, plenty to see and activities going round. Penguin feeding was great and the food was surprisingly good. Little overpriced for entry considering the volume of guests but keeping animals is expensive I guess!

Well worth the money, we came over Easter with fantastic weather, it was busy but there was virtually no waiting time queing for rides. Would recommend it for a great day out with the kids.

Great park for children under 10. Good thoughtful design and rides suitable for my 4 year old. Brings back childhood memories as I used to visit as a child too. Annual membership gives value and they do sometimes have deals.

My Little One loved it, however, food was expensive for what it was, a slice of pizza cannot cost £4.99 or something, if ever back, will take a picnic.

Lots of fun, especially for little people.
There's a nice selection of enclosures for plenty of smaller creatures that are easy for everyone to see.
It does feel like pretty bad value for money though, especially if your not with a child as a large portion of the attraction is children's play areas.
Bringing some change with you is highly advised as there are a few bits that are not covered by the entry fee but are well worth doing (like feeding the mini parrots)
Overall it's good fun for families with kids aged 5+ so they can make the most from what's available.

This a great place for younger children and is educational too. We'll organized and done to a high standard, considering it started life as a farm. It's great that they keep adding rides/activities. It keeps it fresh. It's has a Starbucks on site, which is an attraction for parents. The only negative is that it is a little expensive compared to similar attractions, but there is a lot of content. We will definitely go again.
