Absolutely loved this place obviously sometimes some areas were extremely busy but that's expected when you go on a school holiday Friday wished I had longer there I really recommend a visit 😀

Good animals with improved enclosure but, dear god, the service is slow. Waited over 40 minutes to get two portions of chips and 2 cokes.

Good for the kids, plenty to keep them entertained. Went in half term, busy but wasn't a problem.

It's expensive . £38 per person . Charges aged 2 and above. However we booked on line and got it for £30. Plus 1 child for £1 when an adult is paying entrance .
Meals £10 jacket potatoe. Food and drink expensive and not to our liking. It was very cold and despite the weather a fair few people were at the Venue. Zoo was good. Rides adequate but don't expect
Chesington or Legoland.
2 year old grandkids loved it.
Parking was onsite and not too far away. Toilets before the entrance and inside. Only 2 cafes within the complex not far from each other.
Over all it is a full day out.

Brilliant mini zoo. Strong focus on conservation and ethical zoo practices. Loads of play areas indoor and out for kids. Great food options, self service, indoor and out.
The walk-through areas are amazing for getting up close with the animals. Open all year walk-through: sloths and bats. Open all year weekends but not winter weekdays: ring-tailed and black lemurs, plus lorikeet feeding.

Love bringing my children here,
Jus unfortunate how much money it cost inside having to pay for each item in the play area, food shops also quite expensive which is sad when you've paid to get into the place

Very child friendly, it's a kids' zoo. There are adult bits there, but I went as a couple and felt that it was fefinatly aimed at families with young kids.

The park is a great day for the grandchildren and we have visited several times over the years. It really is dissapointing though that the park cannot afford to install a good hand dryer in the toilets where the softplay area is. Thousands of kids use this facility, surely it cannot be too much to ask for a good quality hand dryer? I would have given five stars but this one item lets the park down ☹

A family-run enterprise. Had a marvellous time. As good as any larger or better known zoo.

We went for the red panda experience and it was absolutely brilliant! The keeper was friendly and knowledgeable (sorry, can't remember his name!) and the pandas were gorgeous 🥰 First time visit for us and we really enjoyed the whole zoo. All the animals looked healthy and happy (including the new baby Sulawesi macaque!) and their enclosures were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend your zoo and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely memorable day!

My husband and I recently took our two children, aged 10 and 6, to Drusillas Park, and we absolutely loved it! Even in the winter, there was so much to see and do. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We were amazed by the variety of animals, and feeding the rainbow lorikeets was definitely the highlight of our visit, it was such a unique and exciting experience!

The indoor soft play area was fantastic and kept the kids entertained for hours. We were also really impressed with the food and coffee served on-site, great quality and plenty of options.

We enjoyed our visit so much that we decided to purchase the Annual Pass and can’t wait to return many more times throughout the year. Drusillas Park is perfect for families, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Drusilla's is an excellent place to take young children. The range of animals is good but not overwhelming. The animals all look to be very well cared for. The playground and soft play areas are great and offer a distraction if the animals are not enough. Be aware that the rides may be timed on less busy periods with not all open at once. Also some food areas may be closed over winter. The food in the main area is adequate and not over priced. I have been visiting this zoo with all of my children over the years and whilst they are ageing out I have always enjoyed it.
