It's a great place for young children, although I think it could do with a serious uplift. It's rather expensive also. Definitely a great day out for families with small children.

Animal park good for a quick day out...no large animals....great kids play areas but for the 3 years and under even the little children areas are out of reach as they have a lot of rope ladders and bridges which my child struggled with so left her with not much to play on..which was a shame....but worth a day out never the less

Brilliant place to visit with family for day out. Lots to do and see. Best to take picnic, food expensive and the kids hotdog meal should be avoided, was not edible and cold drink was warm.

Haven't been to Drusilla's for probably 20 years, but pleasantly surprised. Moved on with the times and our grandson loved it!

Fun time had, longest time we've spent looking round at the animals instead of just rushing through to get to the play area.

Wonderful experience for kids. Being in close contact with animals they would not normally see.

This place is a very impressive, modest sized zoo combined with a few very well designed playgrounds and some theme park rides. Great for younger children, my 5 year old daughter loved the playgrounds and the Hello Kitty rides. Lots of variety and plenty to do for a family day out.

As soon as you go in you go through the zoo. It takes about an hour, lots of monkeys to see. It's a good idea to find out about feeding times before you get there and time your visit accordingly.
After that, there's the play area and rides. Rides are only for younger kids really, older ones would get bored. Food's ok if you want fried stuff and chips .
We were admitte to find out that even after paying £20 each to get in, the were still a few "added extras" to pay for. Not good really. These extras are also positioned around the picnic area, so kids see them and want to go and try them as soon as they've finished eating .
Not a bad day out and just enough to keep kids entertained without feeling you haven't seen it all. But £20 is too much to pay for what it is. But so's everything nowadays.
