The bandstand offers a number of different events and gigs over the summer months , tickets are well priced and hot ,
Cold and alcoholic drinks can be purchased inside along with a selection of snacks . All seats good and a dance floor area means you can get up and dance - only thing is bring a warm jacket when the wind whips up its freezing !

The bandstand has tribute shows every Friday to Sunday throughout the summer that are great...something to suit everyone, from Abba and Queen to Take That and Little Mix

Having stayed in The Crescent Hotel, which is just opposite Eastbourne Bandstand, it was quite hard to miss! The acoustics are certainly good, with numerous artists performing while I was there. The music, ranging in type from Classical to "Pop", was pretty good. That said, it can be very loud, and it rightfully stops at around 10pm. Good ambience overlooking the English Channel!

Eastbourne's iconic bandstand is said to be the busiest in the UK. .. summer season is in full swing & there are a variety of tribute acts performing here over the season... having never paid to see an act here, I am unsure of the prices, however you can just sit on the beach & listen to the music ( rather than pay for a seat) as I do often... a sad sign of the times is that there are often homeless who sleep here..

Lovely Wednesday evening prom with fireworks. Excellent conductor and large wind band. It was a warm summer's day but became chilly in the evening. Wrap up well.

Great venue for live tribute bands. Good atmosphere and affordable drinks. Arrive early to get a seat. The audience us usually dancing by the end of the evening. Cheap parking on the seafront after six.
