Absolutely outstanding experience with Ricky Dalton and the team at EMC couldn't have asked for better service.. We enquired about a BMW 3 Series they had on sale and from the minute we walked onto the showroom floor to finally driving the car off the forecourt was an pleasant experience.. Greeted by Ricky with a big smile and firm handshake we knew he was the man to do business with.. He showed us to the car and left us to have a good look we around, after 5 mins Ricky came back to see how we were getting on, we decided on a test drive and Ricky done necessary paperwork and we were off on the road testing the beautiful car out for ourselves, with Ricky answering all questions with valuable knowledge.. Back at the showroom my husband and Ricky sat down to do the paperwork, and go over a few things we wanted sorting before we took the car, my husband had a few extra cheeky funny requests which helped break the ice, all taken in good part.. Once paperwork was signed and finished and all agreed we walked out happy and ready to wait the week to get our new car... When we arrived the week later to pick up the car, we had the same amazing experience of checking all was sorted to our expectations and went in to do the final handover... Absolutely nothing was any trouble to the team, all questions were answered swiftly and precisely, and they supply a very nice cuppa whilst they dealing with everything.. We truly couldnt have asked for a better service from all of the team.. Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience..

Undoubtedly an awesome experience for us. We have used Eastbourne vauxhaull centre for the last 10 years renewing our motorbility car with them every year. This year Max (motorbility sales rep Eastbourne) was excellent and we could not have asked for a better service. My wife's Vauxhall Astra is now 10 years old but we still have it serviced by EMC in Uckfield as the service they offer, the prices and the quality of work is always superb.

In addition I have the pleasure of dealing with the two Nickys on Reception who are just wonderful - nothing is too much trouble and their professionalism and friendliness is the icing on the cake. Well done!

I had my car serviced on 28 Feb 2022 and was so impressed I had to leave a positive review. I bought the Nissan Quashqai from them and was impressed then, however the customer service I received with the full service and MOT was outstanding, from the transport provided to the video of the car. Will definitely recommend.

Nice people but make sure you get what you ask for. I wanted the 'over 3 year old Suzuki Intermediate service' for our S Cross. That was what I asked for. After the service I noticed that some things were missing from the invoice (brake fluid and pollen filter change) which I had wanted as the car is 4 years old. As it happened they rang to see if I was happy with the service and I brought this up. I was told that you have to specifically ask for the Suzuki service (I did) otherwise you get their 'more economic' service which excludes these items to make it cheaper. Their 'cost saving' service is £10 cheaper than the Suzuki scheduled cost and I will now have to pay much more at another garage to complete the service!

The team at Suzuki eastbourne are amazing we have brought our 3 rd car no pressure no over selling kienan the sales guy is so chilled to be around made me and my wife feel so relaxed and is an absolute asset to the team there nothing is ever to much for him if there was 6 stars they whould get them I have delt with quite a few dealers and by far they are the best in the south east

Bought my last three cars from emc (for myself and family) couldn’t fault the quality of service given I have transferred other two cars from other dealerships now making it 5 cars with service plans prices are competitive but have the knowledge the job will be done to high standard and should there be a problem (not usually) I know I can rely on Phil at reception to resolve it in his usual helpful courteous manner

Bought car a little while ago from Uckfield branch - car I'd seen on their website was actually sold the day before! But they had a vehicle almost identical at Eastbourne - which they moved over the following day and we subsequently bought.

Great service from James, agreed at decent p/ex and a little off on top which fitted my budget perfectly - no pressure sales tactics and great knowledge all round.

Would definitely recommend.

I have always brought Vauxhalls and have always used Goldsmith and Allcorn, recently they were taken over by the EMC group, at first my experience wasn't so great but I have recently brought a new car from the Eastbourne branch and they have been fantastic! in particular Jake who has been helpful throughout the process and has helped with some hiccups on the way. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for either a used or new car

A good few years ago I owned a Vauxhall and used this garage for repairs. I was not impressed. So when my son found a used car here that he was interested in buying I was sceptical about the service we would receive. The car was a Seat which, not being a franchised model made me even more concerned.
However I was really pleasantly surprised at the excellent service we received, in particular the attention to detail. The car, as first seen was in good condition but had a couple of very minor defects, a tiny dent in one panel, air conditioning that needed re charging and a drivers window that was sticky when wound up. Otherwise it drove really well. The price was right and the mileage under average.
The sales people were really pleasant, not pushy and immediately prepared to do a generous deal on the price, which was reasonable anyway.
We asked that the aircon, the small dent and the window mechanism be fixed, which they agreed to.
However when we picked the car up not only had these defects been fixed, the car had a new MOT, a full service, new tyres, a years road tax and half a tank of fuel. The car was ready on the day we had agreed to pick it up. I was most impressed when, the day before we were due to pick the car up I popped in to the garage unannounced to check on progress. The sales team, not just the sales person I had spoken to initially, knew what was happening with the car and openly told me that the window mechanism was proving tricky to put right. I like honesty. We picked the car up the following day and the defect appears fixed. Although it appears fixed they have offered to take the car back in for repair if it gives any more trouble, which is reassuring.
I have been very impressed by the relaxed sales environment, levels of service and attention to detail. My son is very pleased with the car.
