It was a rainy day, but we caught a spell where the rain stopped and the sun just about came out.

Brilliant night great atmosphere even though it rained. Performer very good almost Robbie including the cheeky banter. Super value for money

Eastbourne pier is nice to walk around with plenty of seating and photo opportunities, every view is beautiful from the sea looking back at Eastbourne sea front. There's an arcade, you can either win money, prizes or tickets to then exchange for prizes. There's a few places to grab a snack and hot drink. There's a lovely tea room mid way, we didn't go in due to time but looks well worth a visit. Nice observation area at end of pier. Not sure what the opening and closing times are though so you may have to check before going. Would happily visit here again.

Quiet, about 30 minutes from central London! Beautiful and charming with a train service in the center and many shops and cafes where you can have a good coffee!!

Lovely to walk around, and to see from a distance, but the entire concept of a traditional seaside pier is in need of a dramatic rethink. It is a wonderful space, but the acardes, restaurants, and shops are just a little tired.

It could have more food choices beyond the deep fried variety. Some live music, performers, food markets etc. The truth is, despite its beauty, it feels a litter bit underwhelming.

Perfect example of a modern pier: simple, well constructed and described, plain lines and colours, aesthetically very pleasing. Lots of space to walk around and enjoy the sea and town views. None of the usual seaside tat. Only disappointment was the main cafe/restaurant looked like it had been vacated and the other one had a rather limited fast food menu. A good model for rebuilding Brighton West Pier.

A superb place to stroll in the evening or picnic at lunchtime. The slot machines section is not of interest, the bar is a good place to have a drink at the start of the evening.
