This is nice! A nice restaurant upstairs too. Plenty of quality little shops and vintage shop nearby. Eastbourne has something for everyone! Good investment Eastbourne council :D

Some lovely eateries in this building. The computer shop is full of refurbished computers and expert advice and repairs. There are hairdressers, food and grocery shops and some lovely male and female clothing shops. Worth a visit. A one way system seems to work well to avoid too much contact.

Cafe is great and does wonderful food. Comic book shop is evil and must be avoided at all costs, usual a 2nd or 3rd mortgage lol
