Grand Flowers had already won the hearts of our entire family, as we know how amazing their floral arrangements are, but the flowers they recently arranged for my mum, Carolyn's beautiful wicker coffin, the single red roses, and jars of joy for the tables after, took our breath away - it was all so stunning. We thank you all at Grand Flowers for taking such great care in ordering mums favourite flowers and creating the most beautiful arrangements we've ever seen. It made the whole ceremony so beautiful.

We used grand flowers for our wedding they supplied flowers for the bride, bridesmaids, buttonless, venue and gifts for parents. They exceeded my expectations they were absolutely stunning and just what I had in mind.
The communication and organisation of kate and her team was fantastic and didn't leave me with any unanswered questions.
I can't recommend grand flowers enough and will continue to recommend them to friends and family... or anyone else.

After an awful day I came home to the most stunning flowers I had seen in a long time. My friends had chosen well for me, the presentation was excellent, the variety of flowers and the colours were spot on. I wasn't there when they were delivered but they left me a lovely little note. Thank you very much Grand Flowers you made a very sad lady happy if only for a short while.

Not one who frequently goes to a florist, but I've never had a nicer experience. Like a fish out of water I had no idea what I wanted, probably walked in with my jaw open looking like a confused puppy.
Not only did Sarah organise a bouquet to the budget given, but was also educated whilst waiting. But I was fortunate enough to witness a comedy duo whilst the flowers expertly got assorted.
Flowers usually for me are a mother's day / valentines day deal, but already looking forward to my next visit to these lovely ladies.
Shop smelled great too, and the flowers speak for themselves. Wonderful experience.

Grand Flowers is my favourite retail outlet in Eastbourne. The selection of gifts, plants and flowers makes this shop the go to place for last minute presents. The team led by Kate are all welcoming and provide a excellent advice . In addition to providing a excellent customer service they are reducing the amount of plastics that they use making them an environmentally aware retailer and also have recent set up a hygiene bank collection point for people in need. If you haven’t visited this shop you must go. Set in w beautiful Edwardian premises with high ceilings and shop fittings that compliment the building, just going in there is a great experience.

Kate and her team are just wonderful! I discovered Grand Flowers a year ago and have visited at least once a week since from Alfriston whether purchasing or going in for a friendly hello and quick chat! I go to get my flowers but often come away with a sundry or two from pots, chocolates or a lovely greetings card!

They are an inspiration to me with my business as they are always looking for new lines that are sustainable, quirky and just gorgeous. They also put so much effort into understanding their customers and the quality of their flowers, gifts and chocolates are second to none.
The customers in Meads and from surrounding areas in Eastbourne love them just as much as I do and they are my only choice when it comes to finding something special for an occasion.
The girls that work there are so friendly and care about their displays and create wonderful feature windows and outside displays for their flowers and gifts. Come rain or shine their shop looks beautiful and they work tirelessly to keep standards exceptionally high.
I love everything about them and their business and if my business is half as good as theirs in the future I’d be over the moon and know I’m on the right track.
