Excellent place to take the children. Brand new playground CHESTNUT WOODLAND that is wheelchair accessible. Very friendly & helpful staff.

I had such a lovely day out here with my daughter and our friends. Spacious, well kept and maintained. I was especially impressed with immaculate toilets and cafe. The chap in the ‘wraps and jacket potato cafe’ was very polite and attentive.
The animals have plenty of room and seemed happy in their environments. There are plenty of trees and green spaces to sit and have a picnic.
All the staff were approachable and happy to talk and assist. Can’t wait to go back when the indoor areas are open.
Sometimes places like this aimed at families and children are overwhelming and chaotic and it ends up being a stressful day with everything all crammed in but thankfully not here! There is plenty of space in between and around each area that even on a busy day I’m sure it doesn’t feel too busy. I had a relaxing and enjoyable day and left with a very tired child. Thank you!

Had a great Green Day at knockhatch. Long time since we’ve been.
The staff were friendly and happy and the day felt relaxing.
We enjoyed the owl display.
The grandchildren enjoyed the bouncy pillows and the amazing castle.
They still talk about The Dragon!
We didn’t eat at the park, but others food looked nice. We did purchase drinks.

Amazing place with soo much to do.Great value for money and by far the friendliest staff .I have been numerous times and from energy to the outside café,the staff always very polite and friendly.Will definitely recommend.
