Took my granddaughter here for the day. So much to do and see. I thought it was a bit expensive for older people as not able to do much except go on the rowing lake. But my granddaughter had a wonderful time feeding the animals, trying out the different rides and paddling in the pool. Suggest you bring a picnic and make a day of it. Great place for younger children with an indoor soft play area.

Lots of different activities for kids so they will never get bored, food eateries could be better but aren't to bad.

This is a lovely farm with plenty to do. We went on an orange day so not everything was open but we fed the wallabies, went on the electric cars and played in the sand pit. Animals look well looked after. Water park for hotter days. Would visit again.

we live in the area and have only come here twice before when our daughter was young. now she's a bit older, we thought we'd pop here one Sunday as we haven't been for awhile and we all loved it, our little girl loved the animals and the swings. we went in the boats and watched the owl display...we ended up getting an annual membership. so we will definately be back again.

My husband gave me this "One to One Experience" as a Christmas present. It surpassed all my expectations and was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! I was still on cloud nine two days later. We were greeted warmly at Reception and collected by Richard who started the tour off. He introduced us to each of the Owls and explained where they had come from and all their characteristics. He then introduced us to Owen and Tim who took us outside to start flying. I was under the impression I would be flying one owl and would only be there for a short time. However much to my delight I was introduced to four different types of owl and not only flew them but fed them treats too! It was the most surreal experience to be so close to and handle these beautiful creatures.

I can honestly say this experience was made even more special by these 3 lovely young men who were so knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make this one of the most memorable days of my life! The owls are obviously so happy and well cared for and very much love their handlers! So again, a huge heartfelt thanks to Owen,Tim and Richard!

We also hadn't realised that we could spend as much time as we wanted in the park after the Flying Experience was over so also enjoyed two wonderful flying displays. We came for a 2 hour experience and stayed for 5 which tells you what a great place this.

OWL never ever forget this very special day!!!

This park is amazing. There are animals that you can pet including wallabies. You can dig sand with a digger, slide down the water slides, have a ride in a cart, run away train simulator, slide down a slide while sitting on a rubber ring, play on the adventure park, crazy golf and more. There are owl displays too. Places to eat and drink with indoor play area. Picnic areas too.
When we were there Alice in Wonderland was being presented- not the whole thing but a short part. This was so funny because the characters- Queen of Hearts, mad hatter, big rabbit and Alice were running around the park interacting with you. If you wanted to see the "play" then this was an extra payment. They held this in a Hugh marquee. Firstly you did a craft with them, then mad hatter made balloon items and there was face painting before they produce the act. Very good actors, we all had lots of laughs.
Initially we thought that we would only be at this park for 2-3 hours but no, we arrived at 10:30 and left at 5 pm.

We visited on a green day so cheaper entry but not all attractions are open. A lovely petting farm area where children can feed a variety of animals. Children enjoyed the animal encounter area with knowledgeable staff. Also a wallaby walk through. You buy feed at entrance which was good value at 50p.

Preschooler loved the cannon area which we had to visit twice. She also liked the chair o plane and train simulation. We were given a sheet of times on entry so had to slightly plan around this. She got multiple goes on both rides do was happy.

Our toddler enjoyed the bouncy pillow and sand pit. He was too small for the rides but was free entry so didn't mind. Large indoor soft play to warm up in too.

Didn't see the racoon or skunk as must have been curled up warm in bed. We enjoyed looking round the owl sanctuary though. There were two flying displays on whilst we were there.

All staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. My main down point was the whole bottom play area was shut. I understand not all attractions are open and can understand the manned attractions. However after looking at coatis my preschooler could see through the gate and see the big play area. It was hard explaining why we couldn't go in.

Overall a good visit and could easily spend a whole day here. Good value entry as we paid £18 for the four of us by buying online.

We had our daughter's birthday party at Knockhatch. It couldn't be any better place to celebrate it. Every single child and adult had a fabulous time. All the members of staff are very polite, friendly and attentive. Lots of activities to do. The favourite one is a Wave Runer!!! Delicious party food with a very good choice and quality. We spent a whole day from 10 till 5 pm and the day just flew by!!!

I like this place especially when I can pay with Tesco vouchers. They really invest the money into the park as each season there are improvements. There are good toilets. It’s kept very clean and the animals are well cared for. The food outlets are not expensive and the shop is reasonable too.

I wanted to give it five star but for two reasons I deducted it.

There is only one child price and young children aged 2 to 4 are too small for quite a few of the rides. To be honest it was a godsend that it was a hot day so our young ones could use the pool as they were so disappointed not to get on the swing carousel. Last time they were allowed but this time they were too short, so it depends what shoes they wear!!

Secondly the pirate ship in the pool area got damaged and was very hazzardous and when somebody reported it they were told management were too busy to come and look at it. This was not great for health and safety, I would expect them to at least come and check it out.

We visited here as a family of three on a weekday break to eastbourne during the Easter holidays. We used 8.50 in clubcard vouchers and paid the extra 1.37. Well worth the use of these for a whole day. There was lots to do...all the animals were out and there was lots of little rides to go on (not theme park version) but very creative like the slides, rowing boats, quadapillar, soft play etc etc. Had a fab day.

A must see attraction in hailsham.
We visited today primarily for the alice in wonderland event, and even with the rain pouring down there was plenty to do.
On a good weather day it's a full day out.

My Girlfriend and myself had a meerkat experience today, which was a birthday present from January. The weather was horrible, however the experience was perfect. Had a great guy called Owen show us around and tell us all about the meerkats, had a great time feeding them and having them run all over us.
Owen knew what he was talking about and was great fun, he even decided to give us a bit more. He showed us his favourite area of the park, The birds of prey! He gave us a free close up look of a very funny, giant and beautiful owl. The european eagle owl, Mumbles I think her name was, he sat her between us and showed us her in flight. She was a bit moody, but she did everything he wanted her to do and the experience was amazing.
Could not of asked for a funnier, knowledgeable, relaxed guide. I would recommend Owen to anyone that is thinking of going to the park.
Thank you for an amazing time and going the extra mile for us

My husband [he knows me well] bought an owl experience for xmas and had booked it for late January. Unfortunately the weather was so bad I phoned to change it to March ...the very helpful lady advised that if the weather is bad they do not fly the birds [obvious I guess however..] which is a big part of it. Anyway the day finally arrived and it was at least reasonably dry.
We were lucky enough to have a one on one experience as it was booked direct - they are offering a deal through Groupon too but you are more likely to be part of a group and not get so much attention.
The two lads - Owen and James - who were running the event were although young, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and brilliant at their jobs - they clearly love what they are doing and couldn't have been nicer.
They take you all round the different owls explaining each one and then you get to hold, fly and feed a variety of them outside.
Very enjoyable and would definitely go again ..if just to see different birds.

Family came down from up north in Feb half term. Extremely cold day but the children aged 8 & 6 has a fantastic time. Didn’t realise how much was there. In warmer weather you could be there all day and it’s extremely inexpensive.
Kids loved it and a lovely walk around for adults , loved the wallabies , so tame .
Will go back when youngsters visit again.

Been an annual pass holder for two years now. Can’t beat Knockhatch, great staff, lots to do. Lovely food and my little boy really enjoys going there. They’ve made so many big improvements this past year, such as the golf, paddling pool, new adventure playground. Can’t wait for the new soft play. The gift shop is really reasonable too.

Came across this place unexpectedly. Good prices, and good slope. Had to book to be able to use slope/lessons. But reasonable price. Good little hut with drinks, and good onsite shop too.

I really cannot praise knockhatch enough. Every time we visit there is something new or improved. Today We visited with children aged between 3 to 11 and everyone had something to do. Loads of stuff to do even on a cold winter's day. Some improvement needed in froggies with the food as payment seems to be a bottleneck as they are also serving coffee

Keep it up guys we love the place

We live close by this park and I always wanted to visit it but we often haven’t got time to go for it. Others say it is expensive and others say it wasn’t very nice. I have Tesco voucher and exchanged it to Knockhatch token to visit the park. The staff were very friendly and well trained. Although they were very busy we really enjoyed ourselves as there were plenty to do. I was surprised with the amount of activities they have to offer, plenty of things to see too. The highlights of our visit was the boat rides, we really had a wonderful time and most of all it was free. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Another one was the runaway train, it really seemed real and it was really nerve racking but again we enjoyed it too. Before we go we bought an extra delicious ice cream, I couldn’t believe it tasted that good. It made me like going back there again just to buy an ice cream. Without Tesco voucher we may not be able to visit the park, so thank you Tesco and Knockhatch adventure Park too.
