My boyfriend and I came here in March this year, after being intrigued by it for a while. Due to the time of year, the rowing boats and water slide were closed, but that didn't stop us from having loads and loads of fun. We loved the wallaby walkway, as well as the cute, fluffy animals. Unfortunately the bird display had already happened, but the birds of prey themselves were very impressive to look at, and there is also a cockatoo called Barney, who adores attention and will happily shout out his name to you if you pay him some.

It is of course a popular kids attraction, but ultimately adults can have just as much fun as the children. Adults are allowed on the bungee trampolines, the drop slide, the bigger jumping pillow and the go karts. My boyfriend and I had great fun on the jumping pillow, and it was a great feeling to be a bungee trampoline again. We also had great fun in the laser zone, which is a very impressive set up with plenty of hiding places from which you can cast a sneaky hit at your opponent. The go kart course is small but enjoyable, and although we didn't do the crazy golf, this certainly looked like good fun. The food is good, and the area itself is clean and well kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely come again!

Not a bad place for kids. The only negative is that there are lots of things that cost extra money and not included in the admission price.

Visited here a number of times with my grandchildren aged 5 and 7. They have yearly passes and visit regularly and love to take Nanny visiting all the animals. There is so much for everyone to do here.

Visited Knockhatch in the Easter hols with my daughter and her 7 year old son. We had a fabulous time! My grandson loved the waverider, the owl talks and the indoor play area. My daughter even got to grips (eventually ) with a rowing boat😁! The food in the play area was tasty and hot! Staff very helpful. Would highly recommend a visit!

We have been going here at least once for the last 7 years and always have a good time. There is something for all ages to do and doesn't cost the earth to visit! We use our tesco vouchers or book online to save that little bit more 😉
They are always adding and upgrading things in this park which is great and gives us something new to look forward to each time.
My daughter is now 9 and it's still one of her favourite places to go with plenty to do to make it a whole day visit. The boating lake, drop slide, bouncing pillows and the wave runner are currently her favourites.
The food is reasonably priced but your welcome to take a picnic.
The go-carts, bungee trampolines, Lazer game and rock climbing wall costs a bit extra but very reasonable when entrance cost is not over the top, grazy golf has a refundable deposit and its £1 for a cup of animal food.
Good idea to pack swimming stuff and a towel if its good weather as there is a kids pool and one water slide in the adventure playground that you get very wet on! Pack a pair of socks too for the demon drop slide, indoor play areas etc.
The only negative I have to say is its lack of sign posts from our direction when they know the sat nav doesn't take you directly...We take a wrong turn every time 😑
Can't recommend this place enough though.

I visited here with my Granddaughter who loves animals but not daring rides! We spent the day here and we were entranced for the whole day. A large park with plenty of animals to see and feed - by going around early in the day and also later we met all of the animals. There is loads to see and do and the Owl display is brilliant - to get so close to these birds and learn so much about them was a truely wonderful experience. We will definitely visit again.

After being recommended to visit this place my mum and I decided to pay a visit with my 2yr old son and 13 yr old niece as we were holidaying nearby in Hastings.

Firstly the staff were so friendly on arrival and throughout the whole day. Everyone had a friendly smile on their faces.

I'm not sure on names but the girl in the shop was brilliant with my son and the guy driving the quadapillar was fantastic. It was a really hot day, his hands were burning from the heat on the handles and I said not to worry about driving too much just one lap will do to give my son and niece the experience, but no, he drove us round and round for far more then I expected and my son just loved it so much.

There's so much to do there for all ages, as well as the animals, we really enjoyed the quadapillar, boating lake and the pirates cove splash park, take your child's swimwear for that, my son spent ages going up and down the slide into the water!

Actually cannot wait to visit again next time we are down that way, looked like more was being built so would be great to go back when that's finished.

I had a meerkat experience and upon entering the park it was obvious that it is aimed at children, while my husband and I are pensioners we thought there would be not much for us to do. We were extremely surprised to find out how wrong we were to judge so quickly, we were watching an owl display with CHRIS in charge and realised that here was one very knowledgeable person, he quickly got our attention. We also had our meerkat experience with CHRIS, where we went right into the meerkat enclosure and got up close and personal with them and eventually fed them. This was a great experience with a Chris explaining all about them the whole time, we were extremely privileged to have two baby meerkats also in with us. Apart from the animals which are either born there or rescue animals, there were 30ft drop water slides, rowing boats, and adventure playgrounds aplenty to do, a great day out

I came here with my daughter and 5 and 6 year old grandsons. The kids had an amazing time. We struggled to fit everything in that they wanted to do.
They loved the climbing wall which i would definitely recommend adding to your admission fee, at only £2 extra per child. I can not praise the staff highly enough. They were so helpful, and made the children's day perfect. A special thank you to Brett for taking so much time helping the boys with the climbing wall, and for Ben on the quadapiller. Both definitely are a credit to your attraction. I would highly recommend knockhatch and will definitely return

We visited Knockhatch on a fairly average Sunday afternoon in June. Having not really planned a big day out we were bowled over by the variety of attractions at every turn. This isn't Alton Towers etc but with small children (3 and 1.5) it provided an absolutely perfect day out with fun for all.
We thought the admission prices were very fair compared to other local attractions and the food was too (as well as being of good quality).
But what really stood out was the positivity and chirpiness of the young staff. Not long after arriving we stopped at one of the food outlets where my 3yr old picked up a full cup of drink only to tip it all over the counter and till (sorry!). The staff behind the counter took it extraordinarily well and whilst one mopped up the mess the other was already pouring out a refill. Bravo to the pair - they really set out such a positive message from the off!
Will definitely be returning!

Been a member for about 5 years now and another new thing has been built since I last came which is a giant pirate ship water slide in pool area! Kids loved it and I see they are also building a new park too! Money well spent!

We visited during Spring Bank week and they were pouring in, but it never felt too busy. This is our 3rd visit and first in school hols, but it was just as enjoyable.
The park is big enough and plenty of space between areas that it doesn't feel too bad.
We bought the tickets in advance the day before, saving 20%. At £35 for a full day out for a family of 4, that's great going.
My only criticism would be getting in. We paid in advance and the ticket said "fast track" entry, but it took us twice as long as those paying on the day. The till letting us in was dealing with people buying animal food and additional activities at the same time. We queued nearly half an hour, in the same queue as the annual pass holders. I would be really aggrieved if I was an annual pass holder and was rewarded for my loyalty in such a way. In mitigation the staff did say they were as busy as they had ever known it. Hopefully they will prepare better next time.

This was out 3rd trip to knackhatch although the last time we came here was 4years ago it was still a much fun as we all remembered. There are some lovely animals to see and some fun rides for the kids to go on was disappointed that they hadn't said the small playground and sand pit was under construction but I'm sure once finished that will be even better than before. Will definitely come back again the next time we are in the area the kids love it

We visit twice (sometimes more) weekly and absolutely love here! Food great, staff great, loads to do! Kids always excited to visit even though we're here so often! Sad to read to few negative reviews so felt I needed to let you know that you're great! Keep up the good work :)

Visited knockhatch today such a great day out for My 3 and 6 year old they had a brilliant time. Place was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Decided to get an annual pass and ended up getting refunded for that day which was a bonus. Looking forward to using my pass in the future and many more fab days there.

Excellent day out with fun had by both kids and adults. It's mainly outside so no rain helps but there are many places to escape it. Been multiple times and it's highly recommended to all and excellent value compared to bigger known parks.

Take a picnic as food and drink is overpriced and you'll spend too long waiting for it! One small, I mean really small, cup of milk £1.00, and when challenged was faced with a rude response from 'manager' of the pancake project. He gave us the money back, after taking the milk off us but had really offhand bad attitude and was not willing to listen to feedback about not displaying prices. We went for lunch at froggles as the burger stall was closed - but the wait was ridiculous- waited over an hour for a couple of toasties and a kids meal! Not fair when you have paid for a day out
and want to make the most of your visit. Apart from the food/ food service (attitude of food manager) and food prices it was great day out for little ones and all the young staff were really helpful and friendly.

Today i visited Knockhatch and was very impressed with a young man called Ben he was on the Quadapillar Barrel Rides he was really lively with the children spoke to them in a very friendly manor made sure they were safely in there seats and always checking to make sure they were ok. I've been before and found one member of staff hardly said a word to the children. Well done Ben I'm also impressed with your knowledge of the Owls

Our family, visited Knockhatch today and were delighted with all aspects of the park. Our 8 year old granddaughter had an animal keeper experience which was amazing. Her guide, Ben, was so knowledgeable about all the animals and encouraged her to handle them, feed them etc. He was a star; patient, interesting and made the whole experience exceptional. We then explored the park - so much to do! Knockhatch has so much to offer. We'll need to make another visit to see all the attractions - can't wait!! Thank you.
