Got there at 10am left at 5.30pm, children and adults had a great day in the sun. Enjoyed the massive water slide, owl show and looking at the animals. Something for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

We came here as a treat for my 10 year old boy who is one of my carers. All 3 kids loved it. We took a picnic with us to save money, but still got ice creams & we had coffee & slush puppies in the indoor play centre bit.
The paddling pool was a bit dirty but I suppose with everyone eating round there and kids weeing in there it would be so be prepared for that. There's so much to do & all 3 of my kids were entertained & didn't get bored (result)
My ONLY bugbear was that selfish people kept using the disabled toilet because they were too selfish to wait. I use a wheelchair & can't get into the small ones. I did give them a peice of my mind and this wasn't the parks fault. However as a constructive criticism it could be a good idea to put a notice on the door saying those toilets are ONLY for disabled people. Simulator ride was good....I even went on that but wished I hadn't as it jolted my back badly but the others loved it so it was worth it. Lots of physical actives to burn off calories & keep this kids entertained. The gift shop wasn't a rip off either.
Would I go back. Defo!!

We last visited in February and then again last week. There's so much to do here for the entry price & even more since our February visit. My kids loved the new indoor play barn. Everything is so well looked after and clean. Can't wait to visit again.

We loved it here. Visited with my 5 year old and baby. So much for the kids to see and do. Especially loved the avalanche slide.

Knock Hatch is a lovely place but the rub is whilst it's not the most expensive place to get in, once you are in a lot of the fun the fun things costs more money - trampoline, go carts, mini carts, rock climbing... So it can be a rather expensive day out overall.

The only major let down is the amount of wasps. I've never been to a place with so many wasps . It's a serious issue they need to sort out as made certain things like eating almost impossible!

We came here for a family day out during the school holidays. We had been wanting to come for a while so used Tesco vouchers to get in. Well worth the money. We got there when it opened and had to drag the boys (aged 9 and 7) away at the end when they were shutting!

Park is clearly signposted, helping with the navigation and it is just the right size that we could have let the boys go off and play with out following them around (if he didn't want to join in the fun as well).

All staff were very helpful, and we only had to wait for an hour to go on the go-karts (but this was due to Karts needing to go into the pits and was explained by the 2 assistants running the attraction), but with 2 adults to the 2 boys we were able to keep the youngest (who was too small for Go-karts) occupied whilst one was in the queue.

Having the animals there was an added bonus, and being able to watch the owls fly whilst having a talk about them was a highlight ( we have a boy mad about birds of prey).

Rowing boats, avalanche slide, demon drop slide (scarly enough to get my husbands heart racing and he used to do parachuting!), quad piller ride, bouncy pillows, all was fantastic.

We ended up at the soft play (which we haven't been in for ages because of the ages of the boys) but they loved it - and it was a perfect opportunity to have a much needed cup of tea :)

The day really got away from us, we are really happy and looking forward to come back another year

Thank you Knockhatch for one of the best days out we have had :)

This place is one of the only places you visit and feel like you get value for money, spent the morning doing the animals and looking around the zoo, the afternoon doing the activities, spent all day there and still didn't do everything, kids loved it!!! Is a must do for families with kids

Visited today with our tesco vouchers, we didn't get there till midday after the Sat Nav getting us lost (apparently this happens a lot so double check on a map) really busy, long que. Main advice is not to bother doing anything with a que, they just don't have the staff and nothing was quicker than 30 minutes today. The parks, playgrounds, animals and indoor play areas are all brilliant (outdoor pool is filthy but kids adore it) prices in gift shop are really reasonable but bring a picnic to save a small fortune on bad food. Staff are friendly and it's good value for money if you hit the right areas. Something that is really stupid is you have to pay with tokens for certain "extras" and you can only obtain these from the entrance shop, meaning people que for half and hour only to be sent back to the shop to buy tokens and then have to re-que. There's no warning of this on the rides and it's not explained clearly at the entrance. Toilets disgusting. Outdoor areas and the indoor play are fantastic and the animals are really lovely too. We went on a peak day to be fair, would go back and stick to the main play bits.

We visited Knockhatch today using Tesco clubcard vouchers. The entrance fee is very reasonable , but there are several add ons which if you have 2 or more children soon add up. Our 10 year old enjoyed the day and there was plenty to do. The only downside would be the general customer service from the staff - many are very young and don't seem to be able to interact or use common sense. A classic example is the 2 young lads manning the go karts. We queued for over an hour, some had waited longer and the queue hadn't seemed that long. They had 6 go -karts, but if there was a group of 4 or 5 they would take the spares off the track, rather than ask the queue if there were any singles to make up the numbers- I did point this out to them but they were not interested. They also wasted time by not preparing the next group of drivers whilst one lot were going round. They really needed some oomph!

Had so much fun at this place, everything is so reasonably priced - from entrance fees to slush puppies (£1)
Both us adults and the children (7&9) had so much fun here. We got here for when it opened and didn't leave until closing and we still didn't have time to do all the park so are back off here tomorrow. Can not recommend enough :)

Excellent day out for the kids. Under 10.00 entry , if you book day before you can get 20 per cent discount. There are a couple of things you have to pay for, for example Go Karts 3.95 each but definitely worth it. Loads of things to do and animals to see. Food is very good and reasonably priced

Visited following being nagged by my 14 year old daughter after she visited recently with the guides. Went on the 24th on a very hot day! I took my 17 year old son and 15 year old niece. Cost us £40 including 3 pots of food for the animals.
I settle myself under a large tree in the shade and basically didn't see them except to return for picnic food!
Very happy that the nearby bins were emptied several times meaning wasps were kept to a minimum.
Very happy that the delicious ice creams were only £1.60, therefore did not feel ripped off.
Very sad that so many animals appear unhappy and cooped up. I'm sure that there are enough fantastic attractions for all age groups without the need to have raccoons/pigs/peacocks in cages clearly too small/inadequate, hence the 4/5 score.

I have been to Knockhatch many times over the years, right from when it was a little place. Oh how it's grown!
The 12 year olds I had with me had a ball all day long. It was frankly priced amazingly. You can't take the kids to the cinema for £22 let alone an entire day! I paid extra for the go karts and lazer tag but thought this was very reasonable given the entrance fee being so low. The staff are fabulous, young but know their customer service and were the best I've seen anywhere this summer. Keep it up! The bins were changed very frequently which meant the wasps weren't a problem (I'm terrified of wasps and paultons as an example, are dire because the bins over flow)there appeared to be one guy who walked round all day changing the bins. For someone so scared of wasps it heightened my enjoyment of the day!
A few comments tho...
Crazy golf could do with a face-lift, but is still totally usable.
Avalanche was taken over by vile teenagers who snatch and shouted at anyone under 13. This ride should be supervised as a health and safety issue for younger kids.
It was very very hot, 29 degrees, and the animals could have done with some contingency plan for hot days. Even if that means putting them away in a cool barn somewhere. The whole animal thing looked a little tired and could do with updating.
However, updating comes at a cost and there are many other things which have been updated so maybe there is a list being worked thru.
Thrilled with our day and look forward to returning 😊

We took grandkids on a very hot day so difficult to give feedback on everything as too hot to be in the sun. Not enough to picnic tables in the shade people were finding spaces to sit anywhere cooler. The adventure playground is good but more tables to sit for adults to watch offspring would be nice. I think the layout is too spread out and confusing and some areas look tired. The wet rubber ring slide did not slide. The golf was bland. I feel this place could be fantastic if more thought was given to it,s layout and also more seats for older people to rest in the shade. A bit of colour too with flowers etc.

Love this place did not see it all and have to go back. Took a 4 year old and he had a ball. The watershoot is spectacular and a must to do. Great day out

My husband and I treated our two boys, my brother, his wife and children to a day out yesterday. It was an extremely hot day, we watched an extremely hot black skinned pig pushing his face into his tiny water bowl in an attempt to cool down, he had no wet mud to wallow in, he then tried to rub his face and neck along the concrete where he had spilt his water, my husband was so upset he took to squeezing a napkin of water over him to help ease his torment, the poor pig appeared to enjoy this by lifting his head and swaying back and forth in the water. We saw a goat that had not been clipped in a considerable amount of time, his fur had turned to dreadlocks, this poor guy was struggling along with 4 heavily coated sheep that looked close to passing out. The reindeer were no better I stood watching them walking around in circles for 15 minutes, not able to display natural migrating patterns, no fans or special measures placed to cool them down unlike other reindeer pens I have seen on other farms, the smell of urine was upsetting inside their small indoor area. No tractor rides available, try explaining that to a 5 year old. The Avalanche slide is unsupervised, sadly 4 teenage boys had claimed this as theirs! They were throwing themselves off the top and tumbling/free falling down the hill smacking into very small children who were trying to use the slide appropriately, I witnessed two potentially nasty accidents of smaller children being knocked out of their donuts by these boys, I complained to a girl on the climbing wall, who politely advised "it's an unsupervised attraction so nothing we can do" ! Despite the use of two wasp traps, the picnic area was overrun by them and as I was eating an ice lolly a wasp landed on my lip! The other upsetting thing was the extra cost to further activities once inside the park, we paid the higher price entry fee due to it being peak season, yet we couldn't get on everything due to crowds or height restrictions, either too small or too big! Not good when your children fall in between. Then we couldn't see some animals due to them hiding in the shade from the heat. Rabbits were labelled as Guinea pigs and fluffy white chickens were labelled as domestic. Very disappointing day for us all.

Lots of activities for all ages from boating on the lake to laser quest (extra charge), canon battle, outdoor play area, farm animals, indoor soft play, bouncy pillow, water slide and swinging chairs. There are open spaces for parents to sit and for picnics. Great value and very few hidden extras.

We have been taking our grandchildren here for some years. They love the big waterslide. Food outlets are poor, the coffee from the icecream kiosk was awful. We took a picnic but there are very few picnic tables and benches around which isn't good. (so take a rug and chairs) About time they did something about this, particularly in the further area where the adventure playground is, lots of room for picnic tables. I am never keen to see the poor birds doing their displays and yesterday was so hot for them. Owls etc should not be used to these purposes. Best to book the paid activities during peak time as it gets very busy. Get there early in school hols.

We took 16 x 11 year olds to Knockhatch for their leavers day treat. They all had a good time and especially enjoyed the large pillows & the water slide. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful. However, I thought that everything looked a bit tired & in need of some TLC

I took my two granddaughters, aged 10 and 8 to Knockhatch on Monday and they loved it. We arrived at 10.00am when the doors opened to make the most of what was on offer. We bought some food to feed the animals at the pay kiosk and started off by feeding the ponies, reindeer and the lovely wallabees. You can go into the wallabee enclosure and they are so tame you can stroke them. There are plenty of stations to wash your hands after you have seen the animals. There is a great little tractor ride in this area too which they both went on, then we proceeded to the Wave run which was great fun. Adults can ride it too! Make sure you lean 'forward' as instructed and you will not get too wet. The bungee trampoline was our next stop (payment of an extra £3 at the entrance). The girls 'loved' this attraction and the attendants were wonderful, helping them to get the most from their experience. My eldest granddaughter was not too sure about doing a flip but by the end of her session she had done two (with some great tuition from one of the female attendants). They loved this attraction so much we made a return trip later in the day. The indoor soft play area was next on our list (which was suitable for both ages) and then the bouncy cushion which was a great hit. The chair plane ride then followed (only for the 8 year old) We then stopped off under the roofed picnic area for some lunch before going on to the adventure play area, the quad bikes (an extra £1) and the Death Slide, which they absolutely loved, once they had got over the initial trepidation. Children need to be covered on their legs and arms to avoid friction burns on this slide. We watched the owl display in the afternoon and rounded the day off with ice creams and then a ride on the runaway train simulator (very hot) before coming home with loads of happy memories.....well worth the reasonable entrance fee for a great day out. Take a spare change of clothes and socks!!

We took our 10 and 11 year old to Knockhatch Adventure Park yesterday and loved it. We arrived about 11am and because we booked online were able to go straight into the park. You get a slightly discounted rate for booking online up to midnight before the day you want to go. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left at about 5pm the children were busy with activities. We booked some of them online like the bungee trampoline, go karting, rock climbing and laser game but they are very flexible because my husband decided to do the go karting at the last minute and was able to buy a ticket at the time. The children loved everything and made us promise to go back, which we will. If you want to go on the boating lake get there when the park opens as it is very popular. The Park has a wonderful selection of animals and they are all cared for well in nice enclosures. We particularly loved the 3 legged reindeer. This is a fairly small park so those expecting a park the size of Chessington or LEGOLAND won't find it but the variety it offers is excellent. I love this park which is local to us and we will be going back for sure. It is fantastic value for money in my opinion. The go karting, water slides, laser games and trampoline bungee are perfect for pre teens. There is also plenty for younger children to do too with soft play areas and a paddling pool. The outdoor wooden play area near the boating lake is excellent and a lovely place for a picnic lunch. We only bought coffees and ice-creams there as took our own lunch. The staff were very efficient and friendly which was commendable as it was a very hot day. Well done Knockhatch we think you are getting it absolutely right and thank you for a lovely day.

We were a bit concerned this would be too young for our 13 and 14 year old but being there with you younger cousins was great fun. Really professionally fun. Felt clean tidy and well put together. The big waterside was surprisingly good.

We visited with friends and their kids this week, we used Tesco vouchers so it's a "free"day out ! Even without the vouchers in the summer holidays for a pre booked adult and two children it was only £22, We paid extra for the go carts which are are £3.95 and they had a great long go on those, and £3.00 for the bungee trampoline which they enjoyed, the rest of the activities they did were included in the entrance price, they all loved the the blue water slide and spent ages on there. There are lots of grass spaces and benches to sit for a picnic, we noticed that the food was really good value and will remember that for next time. The animals look clean and well looked after, we were lucky enough to see a tiny baby meerkat. The over 6 adventure playground was spacious and lots to do,. The boating lake was a great way to finish the day. Would recommend on a day with good weather, as most attractions are outside.

We visited Knockhatch on a very hot day in the summer holidays. Our two granddaughters aged 7 and 9 have so much fun here. We took our own picnic but there are food outlets, mostly chips chips and chips. Although it was crowded on the day eVeryone is so spread out on different activities that it was wonderful to see the children play. Large water slide had long queues but everything else was fine. Grassy picnic space, and indoor soft play for younger children. Trampoline. Rock wall climbing, grassy wet slide ( our favourite) large play park, boating river, tractor rides, birds of prey, paddling pool etc. Animals and birds . Clean toilets and fair entry price. We love Knockhatch.
