What an amazing place. Great value and so much for all the family to do. Can highly recommend the air cannon play area by the entrance/exit, especially if you want to get revenge on your little ones!

Visited as a family during October half term week. Vampire show very bad taste, totally inappropriate and unsuitable for young children.
Lunch time long queue in cafe, food poor quality and very limited choice.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Excellent facilities throughout the park and plenty to keep children happy and entertained all day.
However beware of extra charges on some rides or facilities.
Will definitely return but won't be watching any shows and will bring a picnic!
On the whole a great day out and well worth a visit.

Great day out for the kids. Plenty to keep them occupied rain or shine. Wide variety of activities from indoor slides and soft play, to outdoor things like trampolines and the aqua slide.

Had a wonderful day with plenty to do. However the food was cold after a very long wait - really disappointing. Oh and the Halloween show was again really disappointing - kids wanted to leave after a few minutes, I wish we had let them. But seriously - don't bother! Apart from that it was lovely.

We were in a party of 10, 3 "Thirty somethings" a couple of Pre-Pensioners, two other 60+ and a soon to be 1 year old. I tried to persuade the keen eyed Customer Service advisor at the ticket kiosk that I was only 14. She was too good at her job and gave my wife and I the Orange Day Over 60+ concession.

It was the "Almost 1 year Old's Pre-Birthday Jolly we were gathered at KAP to celebrate and he was mystified, but mostly amused by the whole experience.

The livestock seemed pretty chilled, Chickens Clucked, Ducks Quacked, Amazing Owls Hooted and Lop eared Rabbits Hopped about a bit. The Wallabies were very Wallabyesque. His Aunt, one of the more daring Thirty somethings ventured onto the "Wave Runner" several times...

His Mum lost her phone and quickly found it with the help of the Staff.

The 1 year old seemed to be enthralled by the Indoor Owl Flying display, so job done.
On site Food (Coffee, Chips, Pizza etc) was good and reasonably priced.

I'm sure he will return when he is old enough to go on the "Wave Runner" with his Aunty. The rest of us may visit again too (if we can persuade some small people to take us with them).

Good range of activities and displays and facilities, well sign posted and easy to explore.

Good place to visit, reasonable value would be nice to have a voucher or some discount. Kids food good in Froggies, adult food and drinks bit pricey for what you get. Hot chocolate not very big, jacket potatoes soggy.

Great for all ages as has something to entertain for each age group. Even adults can join in on the dragons castle! Be it soft play, feeding animals or playing on the adventure park, it was thoroughly enjoyed by my 5 and 1 year olds. Indoor cafe gets busy and slow though.
