Had a very enjoyable day at Knockhatch, lots of animals that you can actually see & stroke. Tractor ride was good and we got to see sheep and baby deer. Soft play is large and well laid out with multiple levels, food in the same area was also good and not too expensive. The big water slide is worth having a go, I got slightly wet but lots of kids & adults were getting off looking pretty dry. If you are coming in the summer bring swimwear as they have a paddling pool area.

As per the title make sure you get a voucher from the internet, total entry for 3 adults & 1 child was £18.

There was plenty to do but the entrance price was a bit pricey. Your better off getting an icloud voucher for a two for one. As its 9.99 for kids and 7.99 for adults.
Drinks and ice cream are cheap enough.

A group of 13 of us visited and had a fantastic day. This is the third year we have been back and really rate the improvements the park are making. We use the voucher cloud 2 for 1 offer which makes it such a good value day out. The ages of children in our group ranged from 1 to 10 and everyone was occupied all day and are asking to go back again this summer holidays.
The only improvement I think they could make is have small toddler play area near the boating lake.

Absolutely love this place! Loads to do, staff always very friendly and helpful, and the place always looks neat and tidy. Even in the rain there's plenty to keep you occupied - we've been a fair few times as we live near, and the animal shows have always been different. It's very reasonably priced as it it, but when you get a BOGOF voucher from the web it's amazing value for money.

Overall the place is fantastic. My sister, her 1 year old daughter and I went here for half of the day! I was quite surprised to see how much was actually open during term time. We spent the most of the time in soft play and then went round the animals and then along to the jumping pillows. It could do with a little TLC. I can suspect it gets very busy during the peak season. Overall it's a great family place. The only thing I would suggest is a outdoor undercover picnic area, for those that have a brought a picnic on a rainy day. It's great that some family rans places are still about!!! You rarely see them!

At first there didn't seem to be much there - maybe because I went round the paddock bit where not much was happening, but then moved on to other areas and discovered rides, go-karts, and bouncy domes, a steep water slide, bungee trampolines, sandpits, panning for 'gold' and much more, places to eat and the best bit was the Runaway Mine train simulator - which was like an Indiana Jones scenario - good considering there was no extra to pay for the ride.
So all in all good value for money compared to some parks and was able to use Tesco Day's Out tickets too.

Visited here during May half term using tesco club card vouchers! Added bonus, other wise it's quite expensive to get in £7.99 per child and £10 for adults. ( No cash point on site so bring plenty of money with you ) However they do take card payments at the food counter ( Minimum spend £5) If your over on your tesco vouchers you don't get change but you do get animal feed! Nice for the children to use.
Easy access for wheel chairs and prams.
Good food definitely value for money with a range of burgers, hot dogs, chips, pizza and healthy food to suit all needs. Lovely ice cream parlour with a variety of drinks to buy. Great picnic areas to eat out side if you bring your own food as well. Toilets are clean with baby changing on site.
Tractor rides from 12.00 to view other areas with deer (get there early to beat the que )
Great activities outside for all ages from quasar, the new water slide, boating lake ( over 16's) trampolines, the big slide ( long trousers advised other wise your child will have friction burns! ) crazy golf and so much more.
We had a fabulous day there and would definitely recommend visiting here.

We went along on Saturday 10th may 14. The children's with cancer charity asked if we want to go. The weather wasn't looking too good, we forgot our wellies, so next time keep all,of them in the car. Josh smile and laughter that's all we needed. We had fun as a family. We are thinking of getting a yearly ticket, coat £40 a year, which is good when u spend £9.99 for josh every time u go in. You can bring your own food and there are plenty things forum to eat there too. Toilets were clean and loo rolls in there too. One thing I don't,like is when u have paid to go in, u shouldn't have to pay again to use lazer quest which is outside k that was £2.50 each u book it at reception please remember that, because many people thought they could just walk in, and then had to wait 1 hour. So check at reception . The shop is ok needs more stuff and they need to get together and think what they need. The trampoline the big blow up one on the ground.thats a fantastic laugh. Josh dad couldn't up because he was laughing too much. The thing I noticed more than anything was the lady and gentleman that knew everything about the Birds of Prey. They enjoyed there jobs, been doing it for 17 years . I could sit and watch them all the time .the birds were beautiful. We will be back thanks for a grey day

I have been coming to Knockhatch for years from when it started as a small farm. I visit around one a week with various age children and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. They are happy to answer your questions or sort out any issues if you just ask ! your Kids will probably get dirty and wet but amazed at the parents who dress their kids in best clothing and then complain when they get dirty! take some spare clothes if its an issue. Good value for money and if you live nearer then the family pass is good value and you soon get the cost back as a great place to pop in to after the school run!
Keep up the good work Knockhatch and staff !

This park is great! I love how they make fun out of simple things like the quadrapilla. The park isn't too big so it's easy to organise yourselves with minimal stress and pop to the car if needed, but it still seems packed with things to do, the kids were entertained all day and there will be more stuff to try out next time too. ....

Interesting animals who seemed really happy and with lots of space..... Fantastic and friendly staff, like they cared about the animals and wanted the kids to have fun! Very well organized park and daily events.... and excellent value for money all round..... Love the way you can bring a picnic.

It was just a lovely, simple and fun day! . This park has been done really well and has a great atmosphere, we'll definitely be back!
Keep up the good standard guys :)

My daughter and I visited here with friends. The children were aged 11, 7 and 6 years. The 11 and 6 year old have special needs.

My daughter and I usually visit once or twice a year and make use of the 2 for 1 vouchers, I find this makes the attraction good value for money. We had not been since Easter 2013.

We took a picnic and bought hot drinks and ices. I don't like burgers etc which they sell here. The coffee was good value at £1 for a mug sized portion. The ices were about average price.

The 7 year old and I enjoyed the wave runner attraction, several times. And we all went on the runaway train simulator ride a couple of times.

The children also enjoyed the jumping pillows, the playgrounds and the chair o plane ride.

We bought extras like the bungee trampoline and go karts. The 6 year old then wouldn't go on the trampoline and the 11 year old was unable to use the go karts. The staff were very helpful and we were given a refund for both these activities.

The staff were very supportive to the children's special needs and engaged well with them, meeting them at a level they could understand and cope with, which was very good to see.

The toilets could have been checked more frequently, (I didn't use the ones in the soft play as my daughter doesn't react we'll to the noise with her needs) but the wash hand area could have been a bit cleaner and some of the cubicles had run out of toilet roll or people had strewn it all over the floor.

The other thing was I felt sorry for the member of staff in the gift shop when I went for the refund. She was trying her best and was friendly and helpful, but no fault of her own, she was left there on her own trying to man the gift room queue and the queue to get entrance to the park. I know there are 2 queues for entry, but the poor girl was struggling on her own to make her entry queue and the gift shop queue happy. I felt she needed someone in there with her to help.

The jumping pillows were over crowded and at busy times it might help if someone manned this area too. While my daughter was on the pillows there was an issue and everyone had to get off the large one due to a tear. It was out of action for a while and they did repair it swiftly, but had the attraction been manned as to how many people were on it, it probably would not have happened in the first place. There were a lot of adults on it and while I myself will sometimes go on it with my daughter the sheer volume of people was too much.

Overall we all enjoyed our visit and will try and get back later in the year.

Went with a group of people ranging from 3 years old to 65 - there were 11 of us. Including ages - 3, 5, 7, 14, 18, 20, 30 something - 50 something and a pensioner. We had a mixture of picnic and tea and nibbles from the on site shops. We had a fabulous day - not a moment of boredom from any body and at the end of the day we had to practically drag our children out - they just did not want to go home!! Something there for everybody. Staff work really hard and in good spirits.. Really not bothered what it looks like - except to say it looked homely!!!! New buildings gone up for the birds. Wouldn't want it to look pristine - wouldn't want to pay pristine prices!!! Can't praise it enough. I have lived in Hailsham for years and wonder why I have not visited this place many times before - Planning our next trip already!

We took my grandson during the school holidays. There was lots to keep him occupied. Defiantly a must go to for children and adults alike.

My grandchildren really enjoyed their day here. Their ages range from 5 to 13 and each one was busy all day. The size is good because nothing is too far away and you get your bearings quickly.
There was a good mix of things to do so they were never bored. They particularity enjoyed the Wave Runner. We took a picnic with us and sat outdoors in a picnic area which had a covered roof. We found that there were sufficient hand-washing facilities and toilet facilities. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. By 5 o'clock they had to be encouraged to call it a day and start to go home. We will visit again.

We visited here April 11th 2014 with our son and his family. Long queues when we arrived but moved along quickly. On a positive note our two grandchildren had a thoroughly good day. On a negative note I personally felt it was looking "tired" and in need of some serious tlc. Very poor car parking facilities, in particular the overflow section, cleanliness of toilets left a lot to be desired and very average crazy golf. More attractions defiantly needed.
I felt the entrance fee was fair in particular using voucher cloud with their "two for one" price and with some improvements would even warrant a higher entrance fee.
With some money spent on the place it could be a very worthwhile visit but it will be a while before we venture back.

Knock hatch is fine . It's expensive for sure ( we had a child party access so didn't pay) to get in but it has a bit to do. Biggest issue is that everything feels old, warn or tired especially the play barn where the toilets were pretty gross.

So overall id go back but not in a hurry .

We live locally and so come here very often.

A great day out rain or shine, the huge soft play means hours can be spent here even on rainy days.
My son had his birthday party here too- everything was catered for- even the party bags!

Just wish there was a bus route from the town centre or a pick up/drop off service.

Love coming here, there is something for kids of all ages and reasonably priced!
There are usually 2 for 1 vouchers to be found for here, or the annual pass is reasonably priced!
There is plenty to do for the whole day and on a summers day it's great to take a picnic and let's the kids do their own thing!
Overall I would recommend a visit.

Managed to get a voucher to get me and two 6 yr old boys in for about £13. It was not raining which was a real bonus as they enjoyed the outside activities best. They loved the quad bike towing little carts, brilliant idea! And the big bouncy pillow. Lovely selection of well looked after animals to look at/stroke. We took a little picnic and ate outside, which was chilly but fine if you wrap up warm. As winter not all things were open but there was enough to do to entertain for 3 hours, which was fantastic value for the price I paid. Went into the indoor play area and they had a great time even though it was very busy. I noticed the food options were very good value and child friendly (things like cheese toasties £2, jam sandwich £1.80, jacket potato £3.70). It was heaving so I couldn't sit down with my tea, and being pregnant I was extra tired but not the parks fault. Really good value day out. Thinking of returning with caravan as camping on site, when warmer.
