Fantastic value, lots of attractions in lovely country setting. Brilliant wooden medieval castle for climbing and playing in. More than enough for a day and will return

We arrived 10 minutes before ut was due to open, the car park was almost full then. Made our way up to the entrance, a lot of information posted around the entrance perhaps a little to much. I was suprised to see people who had purchased online going to the same kiosk as those paying on the day. Could be to do with additions like goKarts, climbing wall, bungee trampoline etc. The cashiers are really patient and helpful The food you can buy seems more aimed at the bird population as opposed to the pellets you get elsewhere for Goats, donkeys, llamas etc. Right thats enough of trying to work out the whys and wherefores. On entry you immediately meet the animal population of the park which is a great way to greet people of the smaller stature after the wait to get in. I would just like to say from the back of the queue to about 20 minutes. But for them it probably felt like 2 hours. Places to sit for the more senior visitors and just so much space and activities for those with youth on their side. The Dragon Castle is magnificent, no absolutely fantastic what a great addition to the park. Had quite a chat with the guys running High Ropes, I haven't seen such commitment to safety since our trip to Universal Studios in Florida. They were a credit to the Park, really looked after our precious Grandchildren. This commitment resounded throughout the park, believe me I know they did everything. Food and drink didnt break the bank of Nan & Grandad and the most imortant point was the availability of the toilets, no problem. Ok they dont have heart attack roller coasters but they have challenges everyone wants to attempt. We are hoping that our Grandchildren want to go next year because we certainly do. Who else will row me around the island, sit with me at the circus, raise my pulse by clambering over my head, swing from steel cables, the list is endless. I would just like to thank the owners for such an innovative park. We'll be back.

We had a great time here x Was very busy but queues went down fairly quickly so was able to enjoy all the activities. Paddling pool very popular my daughter loved it.
Park clean and tidy. Bonus was the circus.
We will definitely be returning soon

Came for the day, book online for the best prices. Nice friendly staff and lots to do included in the price and a few extras at a cost between £2-£5. Recommend the rope walk if you’re brave but go to this attraction early as it gets busy. The go karts are fun too as are the trampoline bungees. Queuing was reasonable as the park was busy. There are some indoor areas which are fun whatever the weather. There is a free circus which lasts about 30 minutes and is aimed at a young audience but fun and interactive. One improvement particularly aimed at the younger children is that the park should adopt a wristband so parents can put there phone number on should there children get lost, particularly relevant around the huge wooden castle which is very popular and hard to keep track on where your children are once they get excited and start to explore. A great day out for the family.

I was apprehensive in visiting having read a view dodgy reviews recently, however I have to say I was most impressed with everything. Given it is the school holidays, it was a nice busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. My boys had a great time, I think we did all the free activities - the castle & dragon were great and my older one loved the dinosaur play barn and the wave slide. My younger one enjoyed the other soft play and the tractor ride. We thought the food was tasty and priced ok given where we were. We ran out of time to do the circus and a few of the paying activities but we will def be returning. Especially given we can use our Tesco points on this day out.

Great place. Very smart, very well organised and staff are brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble today- a girl (about 4) wanted a blue boat - no problem!! The guy pulled a blue boat into the water for her despite there being three green ones ready to go!!! And it was that kind of attitude all over. Weve had a great day. Food is well priced and reasonable, waiting area is covered in many places...lots of rubbish bins, places to sit and eat (either packed lunches or bought food) and really good value for money. Some things cost extra, but they are still good value (£5 for around 5 mins on petrol go-karts, £2 climbing wall) all in all a brilliant day!!!!! Go, you wont be disappointed.

I arrived here at 10:30 last week and the queue for the entrance was already 30 minutes long (in the blistering heat with no shade). I think the delay was largely due to the attraction upselling at the booth for further attractions that require extra payment. The entrance price was reasonable and the range of attractions great for my 4 and 6 yr old kids. I can't comment on the price or value of the food as we took a picnic.

The Dinosaur indoor play area was chaotic and kids were going down a drop slide 3 at a time, despite a member of staff being at the top. I winced every time I saw this happen, with kids kicking each other in the head at the bottom.

I paid extra for the bungee trampolines and one of the staff members was bickering with another staff member on this attraction. Not professional behavior, and they also weren't monitoring the kids who were having difficulty bouncing as they were chatting with each other.

One member of staff I can highly rate is the guy who drives the quad bike - He was friendly and clearly had control of that attraction! I can't recall your name, but keep up the good work! :)

The circus was a great unexpected surprise.

Despite the above, I doubt I would visit again. The number of people being admitted to the park was, in my opinion, excessive, which led to long queues and reduced the enjoyment of the day. I felt that this attraction were more money orientated, as at every opportunity there was something to grab your money from you.

1) no car spaces
2) same queue regardless of paid online!
3) no signs to where to queue
4) Not allowed on slides with shorts in dinosaur bit yet the play area outside no issues !!
5) Toilets needed where big castle is! running with small child nearly pooping!!
6) staff too young and moody!
But....it is a good place for kids, not sure why they charge us adults tho lol Just put the kids prices up, took a picnic, the water area could be bigger, seems alot of empty space that that arent doing anything with??? DO big beach area!! be great!! i wondered who owned it?? Such potential! Of course ill return, the go ape bit was long winded! the lad only had training that morning all a bit confusing! You need the right foot wear!

Výborná zábava pro děti i dospělé, mnoho atrakcí většina z nich v ceně vstupného, některé nutno připlatit, živá zvířata, možno zakoupit krmení, možnost projet se po větším rybníku na loďce, a spousta dalších

Decided to go to knockhatch as a treat for my grandson before he starts Big School. It's a fab day out with a good reasonable price. The sun was shining and all started of well. I would of given a 5* if a member of start had a decent attitude. It's the 2nd time in 4 weeks that this member of staff was rude not only to us but to another family. The incident could of been dealt with more professionally, not by belittling this guy in front of his Wife and kids. And my grandson and his grandad were behind him. My daughter intervened as it was her son in the queue. Who is autistic. She came over to my daughter and an argument started. The manager/ director was also called. Who threatened to throw us out the park. While the other person was grinning and smirking. There's a few things that need to be sorted. Firstly the toilets are disgusting, no loo rolls. The Eateries are good and reasonably priced. The addition of the castle is fantastic. ( few more benches needed. ) All in all we had a lovely day. Apart from a certain member of staff who needs to go back to CHARM School ).

what a great family day out, two boys aged 7 years and 4 years. So much to do and something of interest for everyone involved. We spent over four hours here and that was without going on the boating lake, tree walk, go karts and water slides, as boys don't like water or heights. Food is below average so picnic advised. would definitely recommend.

There is lots to do inside and out, such as drop slides, water slides, soft play, playgrounds, (the castle is fantastic), jumping pillows, crazy golf, animal displays, animals, barrel pulled by quad bike ride, a couple of rides for little children, simulator, zip wire, rowing on the lake, inflated ring slide and paddling pool included in the price.

Things which cost extra include climbing wall, high ropes, go karts, bungee trampoline and couple of smaller things.

Several places to get food. Mainly fast food types. Not many of their food outlets do decaff coffee.

We usually take a picnic (we are members), and buy a treat or two. Food is fairly reasonably priced.

Parking is plentiful in summer months but a bit difficult if busy in the winter as overflow gets too wet. But we have always found suitable parking.

Staff usually friendly and helpful.

I find that there is not any seating at pirate cove and standing for an hour is not desirable especially in yesterdays heat, naturally as it was so hot, the area was also very busy. I realise I could have sat on the floor but did not wish to do so.

The other thing I would like to see are lockers. As a single parent I often come on my own with my daughter. She likes me to go on things with her which means leaving stuff unattended. This is not ideal.
