A left over relic from the 70s? Ugly concrete structure...but shops ok and the overall ambience isn't disagreeable..however the toilets are shocking! If you can avoid going to the public toilets in this shopping centre..might be a good idea...

New construction going on, some of it is I complete. Beyond that, it's a shopping centre. Nice big Costa, good sized shops.

Only a handful of okish shops, mainly shops you need, nothing special. Most exciting thing about here is B&M. Has a big poundland. Bit oldie worldie inside bit is being done up a bit with upcoming shops etc

It's a shopping centre in Langney , not necessarily something for everyone but nothing bad about the place either .

Most things closed or in work at the moment with the new extension but it's looking good and getting better. Clean centre with ability to social distance. Queues are unlikely and a healthy amount of parking spaces. Bus stops here too with the 5a, 1, loop, 1x and 1a stopping here
