Easy free parking. Home Bargains is stand-out shop but Iceland & Tesco both offer good selection of foodstuffs and with great staff. Car wash and cafe in car park provide good additional services at low prices. Only down-side is lack of public toilets.

Appallingly laid out excuse for a shopping centre. It's always been the poor relation of shopping malls. In a rundown part of Eastbourne very old design and involves much walking for little result. Very disappointed with home bargains store which has none of the stock items I've become used to in Gosport store
