Note a bad shopping centre seems to have a good variety of shops, only one takeaway which was what we wanted but nice pizza all the same

Friendly place, needs modernizing really badly but apart from that it's a good local shopping centre

Nice compact, but small shopping centre with ample free parking adjacent, with shops including Tesco, Iceland, Boots, Mc Colls, Poundland, Windmill Bakery that also has indoor seating, plus some clothing shops like store twenty one, etc, etc, and of course the Library.

Great community shopping centre, local produce and support for local needs in the community. It is a credit to Langney, and wider Eastbourne.

Awful car park that needs a redoing or at least the lines repainted. The center, not a lot there but Iceland, Tesco, Barclays and Poundland so worth a visit for a quick shop if you don't want the crowds.

I needed a Tesco in a hurry and there is a Metro there. A Poundland and a second hand shop(charity) selling some remarkabley good 3 piece and other furniture very reasonable prices. The loos are down stairs. Need a drink and don't want to drive home, nice pub there and bus stops right outside
