I dealt with James at one answer insurance, believe me when I say this man went to extra lengths just to get me the cover I needed. Through out the process James was by my side step by step, I could contact James whenever I had a question, even after I have my insurance policy, James allowed me to be in contact if I have any future questions, guys at one answer, please congratulate James as he is by far the best worker you have on the firm! The staff was excellent, but the general Insurance questions was nonsense. Not all, but some of them doesn't make sense at all. If someone hits my car and it's 100% his fault, why am I being asked have I been involved in any accident? This is like we should pay you and should never drive. I simply don't accept that, and it is certainly a court case. On the other hand, government makes insurance mandatory, but I have to agree with all of your terms and conditions. What if I don't agree with them all?? What if every insurance company has some terms and conditions that I wouldn't agree with?? Do I have a choice? Or am I being forced to accept what I wouldn't? I think this is completely immoral. We don't live in a Fascist country, this must be pointed out.

The company was honest they did send me couple of text messages before my policy was expired which was very good to me that I had been advised by company then I called them from that point they renewed my policy to be more relax to me.
