I had been searching for car insurance after a driving ban and was getting nothing but sky high premiums understandably. I was then called by Josh who was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only was the premium he got me far cheaper than anyone else, his customer service is great. He is friendly and patient and explains everything clearly. He is a credit to your company. Rob was very helpful and efficient in setting up a new policy telephoning customer service could be improved to much waiting time to speak with someone long time waiting listening to awful music and being told my call would be answered in 2 minutes it was not it took nearly ten minutes and a lot of frustration

I have had to talk to One Answer Insurance more than normal as in November I cracked my windscreen and needed to have it replaced. I was able to source a local repair business that had me back on the road in just a few days and having submitted my claim to my insurer this was processed quickly and without any fuss at all. Thats to all the team members that helped me with my renewals and recent windscreen claim.

Thank you Josh you are brilliant in customer service thanks for your patience with customers, but I have notice when I was singing financial agreement to be honest the interest charge is very high for instalments payment. Could you please review this issue with the company please.

Micah was helpful and understood the timescales of getting a phc licence in different regions. From initial contact in October to January he touched base to check on progress and give a valid quote. In the end he was able to give cheaper quote than anyone else.

Very happy as of my DG10 ban, I have been finding it so hard to get insurance & had a few company mess me around sadly - I was with one answer before & left them - stupid mistake as was promised I’d get it a lot cheaper after leaving them then I was stung & then had to pay to sign out but thankful Chris @ one answer took me back on - I am so glad to be bk with Chris who hold my details - wish I had never left them now as a DGdriver it’s hard to get insurance on a m3 I made a mistake but glad Chris got my back & see the real me and not the mistake I Made I am only human, one live Chris me mark Wright the Uk penny man
