I had 7 accidents in the last 5 years 2 not much fault. I felt embarrassed by it all. My last insurance Brooker quoted me £7000!! I could of never afforded it and would of not been able to use my car. I rang other Brookers and the way they spoke to me about it made me upset! However when I spoke to Joel he made me feel comfortable talking about the 7 actidents and found me an insurance company that excepted people like myself! I highly recommend the the company after talking to Joel. We even had a few laughs as well

Required a rather complex quote addition to my business policy, however Steph remained patient through the whole process to find the right price, and whilst dealing with short staffing issues, remained in constant contact throughout, being both personable and professional the whole time. Honestly, what was an expensive and tedious process, was made comparatively painless by Steph. Thank you again ☺️

I dealt with Joel Stinner today and maybe I got lucky but I haven't had the customer service treatment that other reviewers are mentioning; that's not to say they are lying, as mentioned maybe I got lucky or maybe the customer service improved.

I came across One Answer Insurance through one of the comparison websites given my recent driving ban and the whole conversation went smoothly.
If I rethink at the whole conversation, discussion about my insurance, it went more than smoothly.

I asked the same question 2-3 times, wanting to make sure both I and Joel Stinner were on the same page and the information was properly transmitted to the insurance company.

I had my questions confirmed via email as well; never had this done by any broker or insurance company before so that was pleasant to say the least.

Upon calling last time to make the payment, I went over my concerns again and they have been re-confirmed again.
Since I had a ban, I wanted to make sure all the details are correct and explained in a very explicit way to not have any issues down the road. (I hope I will never make any claim to any company ever again)

For now, my review and feedback is 5 stars given how I was treated by Joel Stinner today.
I think I liked most the ability to quickly answer emails or phone calls; something that I hope will remain if something happens (knock on wood it won't)

I usually update my reviews after a few months in case of any changes so I will do same for this, but I hope it won't be needed.

My thank you to Joel Stinner for today and drive safe everyone.

Steph & Keiran have been great to liase with over sorting my car insurance out and my difficult position. When speaking to other team members, it has been bit difficult for understanding my position and the amount of stress and time it's took to organise. Only downside is the small change of price mistakes that were done last min when you have agreed to go forward with the quote. The working out of digits could be more clarified and stuck too, even when the insurers have made their mistake. All round customer service in manners from them though was very understanding and both had patience of a Saint. Thank you 🙏

Renewal on my policy was fast and the handler was excellent polite and helpful just one thing that let me down I was was on hold for an hour waiting for some one to answer the day before just an error on the policy says open till 7pm but they close at 6pm am I was on the phone from 6/7pm after explaining this to the handler they are adjusting it on there policy as they have noticed the error 10/10 for the service and well mannered on the caller
