Joel from 1 Answer Insurance was very knowledgeable about the type of insurance we needed and really put himself out to get us the cheapest quote.

Chris was very patient with me and got me a quote “300 pound cheaper” on first deposit than the mainstream insurance company’s Which in total was around £2000 cheaper

With past conviction and a driving offence on my licence getting a reasonable price was hard. I spoke to Joe Pearson who has gone above and beyond to help me and managed to find something manageable without ridiculous excess like most other providers. I would recommend this company but more so Joe as he literally had his work cut out for him with my details but took on the challenge and made my experience tons better. 1 Answer, don't let that guy go!

Got a lead to 1 Answer from Go Compare, to sort out my son's car insurance renewal which has previously been problematic due to historic motoring offences. Jordan Quigley, was polite, informative, and took time to double check everything to ensure it was 100% correct. I've had my own insurance for 35 years, and probably the best experience I've had even across the bigger companies, when my own insurance renews, I will happily give 1 Answer a chance to quote

In usual there is not much to love when it comes to insurances, It’s all a hassle and I never look forward when I have to deal with that. But to my surprise, this time it was very pleasant. The person that helped me sort it out is Micah Stacey, I found him very professional, knowledgeable in his field and simply said, just good at doing his job. His customer service is excellent and I am looking forward with ease to when I will have to do this again, as I will definitely contact him.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but he deserves it.

Dealt with a young lad Brad,great approach to his work,putting my needs as a customer first,not just trying to hard sell anything.was lovely to talk to someone in person .I got a good deal,very professional. Will recomend &use again! What can I say, after 15 minutes of terrible background music a man named Jack answered the phone and changed my mindset 100%. This man was here to help, he was so transparent and every ounce of him just wanted to help his customer and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. A company that is clearly for their customers and not just there to take money. I recommend this company when dealing with your insurance!!

Don’t where to start Iv been with them years but unfortunately service has nosed dived no reply to emails or huge queues on the phone I always pay upfront sadly no more dread to think what would happen in the event of a claim
