I wanted to write to express my gratitude for the way I have been dealt with, each and every time I have been in contact with your company.
I initially spoke to Joel, who found the appropriate policy for me. I'm sure he worked hard to find this policy, as is reflected in the MASSIVE difference in premium compared to other brokers I contacted. Thanks Joel.
I also must thank Chloe Kelly, and Martha Finnery (who has had to deal with my patience testing techno-failures twice now!). She was extremely patient and helpful in getting the appropriate information from me despite my errors with emails etc. Her attitude and demeanor during our contact was excellent - proper customer service! - A rare commodity these days!

This company is a rip off! I renewed my insurance with them this year and cancelled it after just after a month and they charged me nearly £300.00 in cancellation fees which weren't notified at the start. Disgusting, avoid if you dont want to be ripped off!

After a very frustrating time trying to get through via the phone lines and lack of communication via WhatsApp. Even though I sent my information through I was not advised for 7 days that you needed more information. It was only after I chased this that I discovered that you needed more info. Finally I ended up speaking with Marcus in the sales team who said he would get a manager to call me. Alas Ashley called but I missed the call and once again I had to call and be on hold for approximately 35 minutes before finally getting through to Martha who restored my faith as she dealt with my concerns took to time to understand what was needed. Also promised to call me back and sorted out the insurance certificate. I still have to send my vehicle license plate from the council to you by Friday. (Provided that the council gets it ready by then. I will send via WhatsApp and have to call to ensure you have it to stop you from cancelling my policy.

Never ever have I had such a positive experience in arranging car insurance! i found the company thru a comparative website - what a find! The first person I dealt with - Scot was remarkable.People skills far beyond those usually found . Even when a problem arose ( my fault I think) he passed me to a colleague Rosie who quickly sorted the problem. I would highly recommend the company to EVERYONE!

He also contacted via WhatsApp after asking my permission which I thought was a great touch and made my life a hell of a lot easier being able to contact him directly rather than having to go through all the options every time when I ring the main line . This is the first time I deleted with One Answer insurance services, I would like thank you so much Tom for the great customer services you have proved to me also I wanna congratulate the company that they employ great man who can be face of the company, as he solved my problem and called several times also he informed my company about the insurance policy then he sorted out.
