Andy Herrington who dealt with my quote was friendly but also very professional. He made sure that I knew what exactly what was happening as we went through the quote. I found that the phone operator despite and handled my call very professionally,my only issue was the previous call to contact was not dealt with correctly therefore having me call again. Also I found the waiting time to be connected a long time. Overall though there is work to be done to satisfy my experience to a good standard.

Originally i gave one answer 1 star, but because they admitted their mistake and refunded me accordingly, i have now awarded them 3 stars. There is room for improvement as a broker and this could be improved by better staff training. The taxi insurance industry needs to be improved and there are now more efficient smaller brokers who look after there customers, listening to the customers needs, negotiating with insurance providers to get the best deal. One answer almost destroyed my business and they really need to start thinking seriously about the impact on small businesses.
