Polite and a pleasure. Sorted my problem out only issue is that when accident happen rang me and couldn't give me a hire car because I had a ban on my license they said they couldn't insure me so I will go through the third party insurance who offered me a hire car

Great guy. So useful. Answered every single question I had and was overly helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything better. He said he would call me back and he did. I have used this company for both my vehicles for a couple of years now. This year however Daniella who dealt with my renewal went over and beyond to ensure everything was in place for me as i was out of the country even with the vehicle she had not dealt with. The lady I dealt with (Danni) was knowledgeable and helpful. She kept her commitments to call me when she said she would regardless of not having received the information requested from Insurers- ensuring I was kept up to date with the progress of my renewal. I've been with this broker for 5 years owing to their customer focused approach and friendly staff. No hesitation recommending this broker to others.

Great when asking for money but delivering a service is another issue. Our concern was not handled properly. You should really review the calls of your agents so that you would know how bad they treat your clients.

Customer service is a disgrace, I have tried contacting for 2 weeks now and been left on hold for over 40 mins and then cut off each time, no response on web chat either.. would never recommend to anyone

Thank you once again for a great deal on my car insurance, when the renewal came through it was a little higher than last year and having had an expensive service I thought it best to check if I was getting the best price. Logging on to a comparison website I filled in a form with lots of questions and selected options as close to the policy I had. When the results came back showing the cheapest on offer was nearly £100 more I new I was in safe hands with One Answer so took up the renewal. Talked with Suzie W who was very helpful and made the process painless! Speak again in a month or two when my home contents is due for renewal 
