This is our second time here. We had the three course set meal (we had choices) with a nice bottle of wine. We are glad we booked as it seemed popular with local people as well as visitors to the town. Good food, good value, good service.

We visited the restaurant at 7-ish on a Saturday evening without booking but they still managed to fit us in. The food is excellent and reasonably priced and they don't skimp on the portions. They do a 2- or 3-course deal which is only a bargain if you don't have pizza.
We were there during the Aegon Tennis tournament and a couple of the players were also eating there. Although it was busy we didn't feel under any pressure to leave which was nice.
We'd definitely eat here again.

First experience here. Probably the best pizza ever had. Food was served up quickly inspite of it being busy. Excellent, attentive and very well presented staff.

Have been here a few times and the food is always good. But the last time I went the service wasn't. I understand that they were busy, they put us on a table in the way of everyone. It took a long while before anyone even took our order, like they forgot about us. The table that came in after had their starters before we had our drinks.

Lovely location pleasant staff good food but can get very busy and noisy. entrance to restaurant bit confusing better to book table in advance. Set menu is good value however if ordering off the menu can be expensive. For kids better to ask for no herbs on the pizza (oregano). Can pay in euros or sterling check your bill as an expensive error was made on ours but rectified.

Another visit to this restaurant. Amazing flavours and textures with these pizzas. Tastes so fresh. Staff are really prompt and friendly. Puddings to suit all. Recommend to anyone. So much choice on the menu, you'll take longer choosing your meal than eating it!

Chose this restaurant after seeing good reviews on Tripadvisor; we weren't disappointed. It was Saturday evening and it was very busy so make sure you book. We were seated straight away and given menus. The waiter came back promptly to take our drinks order, which arrived quickly, and came back a short while later for our food order.
My friends had the mussels for starters which they consumed with gusto & pronounced them as superb. For mains I had the veal Milanese which was excellent; the others had various pasta dishes which were all delicious. We had yummy gelato desserts which I can recommend.
Although it was very busy we were satisfied with the speed of the service &, as I've said, the food really was superb. We had 3 courses, garlic bread & drinks and the bill came to £30 per head which we thought was excellent value considering what we'd had.
A nice restaurant with a great atmosphere, food and service; do give it a try.

We visited today as a family of 16 for a 90th Birthday celebration. The food was excellent and the service was also very good. Superb value as well with a 3 course meal being £12.50. I will definitely be returning in the future!

It's our favourite restaurant in Eastbourne. We tasted different plates and everytime they were really good. Pizza and calzone are delicious. We love the focaccia they serve as starter.

Booked for 8.30 but had to wait until 8.45 as Restaurant extremely busy on a Saturday night and very noisy.
However worth the wait, service and food excellent, would definitely eat here again if in Eastbourne!

We came here as it had brilliant reviews and it was also recommended to us.
We couldn't believe some of the offers they do. They have a set menu you can choose from Sunday-Thursday's which is three courses for £12.50! We chose from the main menu but there were some really good options on the set menu, saving a small fortune.
I had the garlic mushrooms to start, my husband had zucchini fritters, main I had the loin of lamb which was perfect and my husband had a pizza, All cooked fresh and it was lovely! You can see chefs cooking in the back. We had a tiramisu to share and 2 cokes each, it came to £43. We were really happy with this as the food and service was so good.
Really want to go back!

Superb menu which included two fixed price options - two courses for either £10.50 or £17.50 - both offering a varied choice. Staff very friendly and all Italian! Lovely atmosphere.

The B&B we were staying in recommended this place, and we were not disappointed!
The food is excellent: fresh and proper ingredients, the portions are very generous. The service is also very good: friendly and very efficient. The restaurant was really busy but all waiters/waitresses knew what to do, and all were very welcoming. If you are planning to visit as a group, I think it's best to book a table in advance. We visited on a Saturday night and it was manic! However as we were only two, and even without reservation, we didn't wait too long.
The location is also very convenient: situated minutes away from the seafront and the railway station. Perfect!

Relaxed, friendly, consistently good food. Large and varied menu. Good for families as children are made very welcome, gluten free pizzas are great. They will try hard to meet all your requirements.

Well I just absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is always great. The food is first class! Cooked, seasoned and presented to perfection every single time we have gone! I have my own personal favourites but the entire menu is to die for. The wine selection is perfect and the staff are more than helpful in helping you choose the right wine for either your meal or personal preference.
Yes, the price is quiet high, but it is worth every penny and more! With a varied clientele, from parties to couples the atmosphere is relaxed but still fantastic. Me and my girlfriend always choose it for our romantic nights out. But as a first date or even a birthday meal, this place can not be faulted as it caters for all needs. Would highly recommend to anyone, but book early as it is always busy.

We booked about an hour before going on Sunday night having checked out the menu on line and agreed it looked good. we were seated quickly but given the number of empty tables were surprised to be sat between two other tables of two and behind an extremely noisy Italian family group celebrating a birthday. There were a few birthdays that night & the constant 'singing' (or to be honest, shouting) meant we couldn't hear ourselves speak. The after the birthday cake was delivered to the family table behind it all got worse - they were all up & bashing into my husbands chair as they photographed videoed and recorded by every other means everyone at the table. A great night for them but it utterly spoilt ours - so much so , that , despite really enjoying our calamari starters & veal mains, we decided enough was enough & left before desert or coffee. It was a real shame because we really did like the food but we won't go back as there are quite a few Italian restaurants in Eastbourne & hopefully they can't all be party venues!

You can't beat this place . We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and it never fails to please. The menu is varied and suits our pasta loving daughter and my faddy eater husband . I had the Calzone , the Daughter had pasta in a creamy sauce with salmon and the Husband had veal . We all enjoyed our meals very much . It can get a bit busy and noisy but we've always been served promptly

The restaurant offers fantastic Italian food, many of the staff are Italian and it shows in the food.
great menu choices and all ingredients seemed very fresh.
The space was a little too full and it seemed like they wanted to fit as many tables as possible. However we did get very fast service from the numerous staff who are all friendly and kind.
But we do recommend the fish soup and the bread which is made on site.
