Cam was very supportive throughout the recruitment process. She kept in regular touch and always responded quickly to any missed calls or emails. It made the nerve wracking experience of re-entering the job market after 10 years much less scary.

Whenever I've looked to recruit for my business, the RSE Group are always my first port of call! The team there are very knowledgeable of the local pool of talent around the South East. They haven't yet failed to deliver and I run a niche tax consultancy, with very little direct competition and yet they have found creative ways of sourcing potential candidates and advising me of what I should be looking for in a potential hire. The last two hires, were not the specific staff I was looking for but I knew I was searching for the impossible, the two staff they found me had other skills and could be trained to do the specific work that was required and I realised that they were the right people to hire. It won't be long before I'm looking to work with them to hire for my fifth member of staff.

I found myself at the end of my tether in a job that I thought would be the start of a long career, so I took the plunge and resigned. I was then faced with the inevitable; finding another job. I was accepted into a role with Sussex Police but my start date was six months down the line, so I was worried about what Iād do until then. Luckily I came across the RSE Group through a couple of friends, and thought Iād give it a go. Rhiannon found me my first temporary role, a seasonal harvest job, which I couldnāt recommend highly enough! It was like a working holiday and I met lots of people for which it was exactly that! I then did a few other events such as marshalling at events and a few stints behind a bar. So thank you Rhiannon for all your help in filling that gap in my career! Canāt recommend you and the RSE Group enough!

The RSE group assisted us when we needed help most. I had been sceptical about using recruitment agencies as I had a Dickensian view that anyone worth employing in our industry would only need to make a phone call. I didnāt have the time to go through the process and Mandy and the team took the pain away and did the filtering and got us to a young man who has a great attitude, wants to learn, has real initiative and is self driven. We, most definitely, got the right man for the job and I have more time on my hands!
