Having recently met up with and spoken to both Mandy and Christine at Recruitment South East, I found their honesty, openness and approach to their work really refreshing. Unlike many organisations in the current economic climate, they really seem to care about the service they provide and doing that little bit extra for the people they engage with. They seem to get the fact that it's people that really matter, and a fantastic sense of humour always helps in any situation.

In an age of faceless Web based recruiting Mandy & her team still provide good old fashioned service face to face through her firm. They became our sole supplier handling 30-40 perm and temp vacancies per year without fail.
