Friendly staff but if your a large person don't book seats in the dress circle as seats very narrow.

I think this would be described as 'cute'. Bar was small with a dozen chairs lined up against the wall, the seat wasn't particularly comfotable but that might just be mr. Good auditorium and the sound system was clear. The people working there are lovely and friendly. It just still comes up short against other theatres.

Really enjoyed Roman Romp! Very funny adult comedy. The refit to the theatre certainly is noticeable on arrival.

Quaint is how I would describe it, like stepping back in time to the 1950's. Difficult parking, only on the sea front or side streets.

Athe oldest theatre in Eastbourne. It has not lost any of it's charm and has been reniviated recently. Lots of shows for all ages. There is Problem of parking in the area sometimes so always allow enough time to get there.

This theatre has just been refurbished and it is an old Victorian Music Hall. Very traditional inside with basic seats and fitments but all brand new apart form the toilets which are planned for a revamp. I think it is run by volunteers who do a good job and the prices are reasonable. It is in quite a rowdy area of town which is relevant when you are leaving late at night. I saw Oklahoma which was a classic performance, again with volunteers from dance schools. It was polished with great vocals from the main players although the theatre was only about half full which detracts form the atmosphere. Well worth a visit to view inside.

I just love this theatre. Steeped in history and in the last 3 years has been like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. It is looking beautiful again and the programme of entertainment gets better and better
