The main course of black cod was fantastic, utterly delicious and superb value. Washed down with a lovely white wine that was also great value. My advice would be do not have the starters and have a vegetable side dish with the main.Starters are all batter and not a patch on the freshly cooked main course. Will return for that lovely cod dish any day I am near.

I admit that I am not well experienced with Thai restaurants, but have had many different oriental type meals.
As a vegetarian, I wanted a tasty takeaway meal, that was not over spiced/over flavoured at a good price. That is what I got!
As a lone traveller, to a local hotel, my first option would be to eat at the hotel bar or restaurant. However, the veggie options didn’t really appeal, especially at the prices!
After checking trip advisor reviews and the menu for the Sabaidee, I decided to pop in for takeaway meal and gave a glass of wine whilst I waited.
Staff were very accommodating and polite. So much so, that even though I am a lone traveller, I would have felt happy to eat here alone. My meal was ready before I finished my wine and I returned to the hotel, hopeful that this meal would be ok.
Well, it was more than ok. It was delicious! The puff tofu had a lovely taste and texture that complemented the meal.
My biggest disappointment? I have two!
That I didn’t dine here earlier in my trip - and - that I didn’t eat in and enjoy several courses!!
I will return when I revisit in April!!

Mixed review ! An average takeaway. Slightly Disappointed. As read many good reviews.
The sticky rice was a hard block far from sticky just hard like a brick. The curry and pad Thai was very greasy too heavy. On a brighter note the tempura were great light and crispy. The service when picked up was very friendly and welcoming : )

Lovely little Thai restaurant in quaint street just off seafront. Service very attentive and good range of the usual Thai fare. Would visit again.

Smallish restaurant, nicely decorated and good ambience. The service is attentive. The food was very tasty. Probably not as hot as some Thai food I have had but good nonetheless.

we were staying at the ellesmere round the corner and Tony the manager reccomended this too us. Had a realy lovely meal and was shocked at the prices. It had a lovely atmosphere as well.

We ate here on New Year's Eve and had the most beautiful food. Service was attentive, friendly and discreet, and the ambience was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great quiet restaurant- very attentive service. Not a regular to Thai food, so opted for the Set Menu B. Did not disappoint - excellent fresh tasty food. A wonderful experience of flavours and taste. Will definitely return.

Quality of service and food was very good. Serving sizes were probably not big enough however. Unfortunately we took a risk on a Romanian bottle of red wine but that is not the restaurants fault.
